I love the help in the golf section from Matthew and Tyler. They are super knowledgeable of products and services and are more than willing to help. The turnaround time on my clubs that I’ve brought in for a bunch of different work. They have been accurate and to their word about the turnaround time and again are knowledgeable and offer sound advice. I couldn’t thank them more and will continue to go back.

Bought a new bike for my daughter utilize their curbside service. Miss Nicole did a great Job of finding my order and having it out quickly and in great new condition.

Called ahead of time to check stock on a Patagonia jacket, to which my wife was informed that they do not have any Patagonia jackets in stock. Decided to stop in since website showed multiple sizes and styles in stock. Found jacket I was looking for and tried to have them price match Patagonia’s website to which I was told that there is a max of 30% off price match policy. No where can I find any info about this price match policy. Very disappointed in this experience.

An amazing place to wander and check out cool gear and clothing …. however the prices are way too expensive vis-a-vis Amazon and other places. My usual strategy here is I look around and check stuff out see what I like and then I scan it on the Amazon app and then end up buying it either on Amazon or somewhere else for much less money. I wish this wasn’t the case but their prices are a little bit out of control. Every once in a while, I might actually buy something here, but it is very rare these days.
