I made an order at the beginning of the month and scheduled for delivery yesterday. I’m still waiting on my order and I cannot get a person on the phone to assist me. I would stay away from this company as they do not care about customer satisfaction.

Order didn’t make it until 6pm and only HALF OF THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED. They said they ran out of flowers which completely ruined the surprises I had planned. Just wondering when this terrible location will be shut down. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I paid for balloons in two different Father's Day order's and neither one include the balloons that I paid for. I unfortunately saw the terrible reviews after I'd placed the ordered, otherwise I would have just sent a different gift. I was hoping that the location had improved since all the bad reviews but guess not.

Order at your own risk! The two stars that this location gets is being very generous. Order a simple platter for my wife birthday days in advance. Not only was the order never delivered but they are giving me a hard time about a refund. Called the location and because I pay with Apple Pay the customer department needs to do the refund. When I was transferred to them I was on the phone with them less than 30 seconds when they said the refund had been processed and should take 7-10 days for the refund. Thought it was strange that it was done so quickly. 12 days has passed and no refund. Called the customer service line again and they said that they do not see a refund being processed but that my order was delivered but just missing one item. Not only was the order not delivered but I only had one item ordered. What are we doing here!! They got me over to the Lakewood location which the manager was understanding. He told me that he could message the Lyndhurst location but he doubted that they would call me back or even assist me. So I guess this is a known issue with this location. Unacceptable! Customer service who initially said they would process the Apple Pay refund said that they could not. NOW they will process the refund as a check that will take 7-8 weeks to process. That is unheard of! It’s not even that I’m in need of the refund it’s about giving proper customer service. I did not receive what I ordered and given a refund in a timely manner. Very disappointed in this company and also this location. Again order at your own risk.

Checked to see if my order for an ill friend had been delivered. At 5 pm, still not delivered. Had ordered the day before. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

This is not a complaint about this specific store but rather Edible Arrangements in general. Each arrangement includes *so* much non recyclable packaging and waste that their arrangements are far more of a burden than something that can be enjoyed. Even the skewers they use for the fruit are made of plastic. The Edible Arrangements Corporation needs to take responsibility for the waste it produces - they're basically selling buckets full of plastic waste.

Never order from edible arrangements on Mayfield. Couldn’t even pickup my order on Mothers Day and they’re not trying to give my money back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Didn't have any orders ready for Mothers Day even though a lot of people including myself ordered days a head of time. Stood in line for over an hour and just decided to leave because we didn't move barely 2 inches that entire time

Placed my order shortly after 2pm the site stated the location closed at 6pm. Called around 4pm arrived at 5pm and the location was closed. I needed my arrangement for tonight. Found a 877 number which sent my call back to the closed location

First of all my order was delivered late. This was for a 100th birthday!! I was told that to make up for any inconveniences, cupcakes would be added to the order. You did not deliver anything extra!!! You didn't have to lie. Never will I order from here again!!! Very sad and disappointing...

I received this “sorry we missed you” door tag yesterday when I returned from work. When I called the store, a fruit expert stated that I did receive my order as it was marked as delivered. I let them know that I received no delivery, and that I have this door tag instructing me to please call their store. The fruit expert Jessie repeatedly rudely told me that I am mistaken and my fruit order was delivered and they don’t know anything else and can’t help me further. When I asked if Jessie could at least tell me the name of who had ordered the gift so that I could thank them even though we never received it, he said that he can’t pronounce the name. He was very rude and unprofessional. Please don’t order from here- your gifts may not be delivered!

Delivery was great, however when it arrived it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered flowers and cheesecake. Instead of flowers it was a and the wife doesn't like teddy bears. "Thanks a lot smh"
