I arrived at 7:56pm to make a return (the store closes at 8pm). The doors were locked already. I called the store and associate/manager “Rachel” answered - she informed me that the store was already closed. I explained it wasn’t 8 yet, and she just said “we’re already closed.” I asked nicely and explained I had rushed to get 4 kids to bed so I could make it before they closed and she just said they are closed. So they don’t in fact “close” at 8, Rachel closes whenever she wants to, at the expense of customers. I realize the inconvenience of arriving close to closing time, however that was the only time I could go. She was extremely rude.

Cute products and the store looked put together and nice. Only issue were the two employees who couldn't be bothered to offer any customer service. Only greeted us when we walked near them, one standing behind the counter on her phone and the other sitting on a bench near the register on her phone. We tried on a few items and we were looking for some specific items. We were probably in there for at least 30 mins or more and they didn't even check on us. Surprised for the type of store that the associates don't even talk to clients.

Good sales prices for very attractive clothes! The store is bright and appealing inside and very clean. The fitting rooms were clean and comfortable. We bought a lot here for all members of the family, including teen, mom, dad and grandma! We look forward to shopping here again!

Bad customer service, I walked in a male associate looked right at me and DID NOT SPEAK. I kept browsing. Another male associate tapped some clothes near me again he did not speak as well. I run a business and pride myself on customer service for this being my first time in the store will make me not want to return. DO BETTER!!!
