L.L.Bean is an amazing store with very nice, cool outdoorsy stuff. The place is known for great customer service and the helpfulness of sales people, who are warm and friendly. They take amazing care of customers and assist in finding what is needed. Their products are good looking, unique, and last for years and years. While it isn't cheap, many find good gifts and purchases there. The service culture is excellent, even offering credit for broken items. It provides a good experience and is highly recommended.
I love llbean! Clothes are good quality and last for many years. I can never go into this store without also leaving with something else!

Place is amazing for service and helpfulness of sales people. Helped me find what I needed, assisted me on getting things together. Seems to be part of their culture. Have gone a number of times. Aways a good experience.
