Two older looking ladies working June 8th around 4:40pm seemed bothered when we asked where kids clothes were located. One sighed as she answered, "they're over there". Due to the rude service, we left & will spend our money elsewhere. Will not visit this store again.

Totally agree with comments about returns; only the mgr is “allowed” to process and she is rude and drags her feet doing anything she can to process as a store credit vs giving you your money back on your charge! After multiple visits with poor service I now only shop on line’

Buy online. Don’t buy from this store if you can help it. The manager is dishonest, never sent me my free gifts as promised, and is dragging out a simple return/refund which is requiring me to waste my time following up multiple times. As of today, 5 weeks later, I still don’t have it.

If you go there and God forbidden say the word “RETURN” these girls would look at you as if you suddenly grew horns on your head. What’s wrong with them?? I also felt like they whisper to each other about the customers. Extremely rude!!

Beautiful clothes! First time here and not discounted at all! They are super friendly and helpful. I'm visiting from CA and i felt very welcome. The ladies are super nice and helpful! To the point where she went out of her way and made me feel comfortable to purchase. My biggest concern was it not fitting my daughter. She told me Not to worry just call her and she will ship it for free and exchange it. Who does that thank you ladies!

I reached out to a crazy amount of Lilly Pulitzer stores to help me for my first year shopping the APS. They responded to say they searched for the items on my list and had a few of them in their store and to call Brittany, who would love to help me. I purchased a lot of pieces elsewhere and forgot to call their store. I'm still on the search for my dream dress (Elenora Multi Special Delivery L), but it's sold out companywide so I'm sure they don't have it. However, I so appreciate their prompt response and eagerness to help me (sorry that I forgot to call!): ). I highly recommend going to, calling, or emailing this store for any of your shopping needs, especially during APS! Thanks so much again!

Monogram not ready when promised. Emailed my receipt to someone else. Not impressed.Waited 15 minutes for them to try to find my order. Inconsiderate at best.IF I ever buy from this company again it would have to be online.

Never once written a review about a store but my experience was beyond weird. I spent A LOT of money in there and the customer service was just so so strange. Then older woman I think is on drugs....I can’t stop thinking about it...
