Great selection of quality brands.
You cannot substitute trying on and an experienced salesperson’s advice snd help when if comes to footwear. Especially when it comes to particular size/width needs, you can’t beat Mar-Lou in Cleveland.

Gerhard was wonderful to work with. He was able to suggest shoe manufacturer’s that would correctly fit my husband’s feet. He watched my husband walk in various shoes to make sure they are the right one.

Mar-Lou is a great shoe store! How many places do you go where you get greeted by name? They carry great products and the salespeople know their products and how they’ll fit your foot. I love it.

I couldn’t have had a better experience. My doctor referred me to Mar-lou shoes to get a good Pair of tennis shoes for my planter fasciitis diagnosis. I had already done some research and decided on getting a couple pairs of the Hoka brand. I was greeted by Rachel, the most friendly sales associate I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to take my foot measurements and get me the best fit with tennis shoes and orthotic inserts. I will refer my family and friends. I only write reviews when I’m highly impressed. Very happy experience.

I have not been to the store in years due to relocation. I was excited to return. The employees have really changed and are not as friendly. I only recognized one familiar face. Unfortunately, he was not the one who provided service to me. I cut my shopping trip there short and probably will not return in future. Customer service is everything.

Great customer service and great selection of shoes! We worked with Kia and she was helpful and informative and patient. Bought 3 pairs of various sandals with improved comfort/arch support. Will definitely return.

There is a reason I shop at Marlou Shoes - I have never left there with a bad pair of shoes. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable about the products they carry. They take the time to make sure you get the right fit and function you want from the shoe. They offer suggestions readily and are very helpful in finding you the shoe that will work.
