They opened the #Front door for me! Amazing selection for eyeglasses. I’m handicap. I don’t have any problem getting around the store. Had a Small communication problem, but it wasn’t a problem! Very friendly and welcoming environment. They aim to give good customer service!

Dr. Chima is very thorough and takes time to explain what he is checking for and what it means. I have found the staff to all be friendly and helpful. I do recommend shopping for glasses at other stores as well, as Pearl Vision’s glasses tend to be on the high side.

The staff was very friendly! Dr. Kuta and Raven both get 10/10. Raven said I smelled nice so I'm going to give her an extra point. Professional & polite. I really enjoyed my visit.

Alisha has the best customer service I have ever witnessed very kinda and helpful, had no difficulties going through the whole process from start to finish , her smile is so contagious, great employee, very beautiful and charming.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They have new technology equipment. So they didn't use eyedrops to examine my eyes. I prefer this new technology. The doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Dr. Chima was absolutely amazing. Really took the time to help me out. I had been seeing the director of eye institute at a main hospital system and was having so many issues for two years so I decided to try someone different. He helped me so much - I am so grateful!

The staff answered all questions. They also help you pick out pairs of glasses if needed that explained everything to a full detail also made me very comfortable

The Doctor was talking very fast. And I did not understand a lot of the stuff that she was saying, She was very impatient as we were doing the exam.And would not let me decide on what lens was clear or not . when filled out my intake on the tablet. I let them know that I opt out on extra procedures. But for some reason she found a Way for me to go through with the extra exam.And said that her machine was not working correctly. So
I had to pay the extra thirty nine dollars for something that I did not need. She talks fast an is not patient. I don't think she understand the these is people's vision that she is rush though that's very sad. Choose a new Optical store that cares about your vision truly not the money! 2024..
