The worst bank from mortgages to loans to checking and saving to notary. This place especially has some sour employees. I will never recommend this bank, it's pure trash for somewhere that literally makes money from your hard earned money.

I stopped in to get a book of checks for a checking account and was told it would take 7-10 days. 3 weeks later I called in to check and had to re-order due to checks being “lost in the mail” (apparently they send checks in the mail without any form of shipping verification or tracking)? Was told to re-order them and have them shipped to the branch as it would be quicker. It took 3 weeks before I called in to see if they had arrived. They had, and I just wasn’t notified. And now that I have opened the checks I see they have the name of the other co-owner of the account on them.

I am really disappointed with the awful customer service at Lyndhurst OH branch. My grandmother have lost my debit card and went to the branch to get help with card replacement. While there, branch manager and accounts manager were not helpful at all with resolving the issue. Rather than helping they sent more time finding excuses why it can not be done in person. At the end, I was able to resolve the situation over the phone while being in the branch. Very bad staff that has no customer service skills and rude behavior.

I have never been to a bank like this PNC. The employees take an extremely long time in processing your transaction. In addition they wouldn't honor their own check when they said they would. I would steer clear from PNC especially this branch.

This is the branch where I do my banking and my experience with the tellers have been fantastic. However, what I witnessed involving a disabled customer was horrible. I was with a friend who has a compromise amune system and has difficulty walking . She needed to have papers signed and was told by management to call when she was in the parking lot and he would come out to witness and take the paperwork. When we arrived she did so. We thought the transaction would take place quickly for there was only one other vehicle there. We waited 25 minutes before placing the second call. Again, the by the name of Derrick or Darryl answered the phone as though he his ready to help a new customer. We reminded him we were outside and he said he’d be right there. Unfortunately, we needed to call again. For the third and final call we waited 40 minutes before contacting management again. This time he did come to the car to witness the signature and get the paperwork. We spent over and hour on a transaction that took less than a minute. This is blatant disregard for the customer from management Find another branch quickly. It’s a-shame he places such a blemish on otherwise good service.

I used to enjoy this branch but now they closed the drive up even if your in line before the closing time. VERY UPSETTING.

On this particular day this place was an absolute meltdown. Cars were everywhere, no assemplence and very poor planning. Due to Covid-19 restrictions. The planning on how to enter and exist was a disaster. No good signs or directions in how to navigate the Drive Thru or the ATM. It's actually been like almost daily. I tried this crazy way to enter and exit for 3 days in a row. Twice while waiting in the line for the ATM only and after sitting in line for a good solid 10 minutes I finally get my turn only to find out the ATM was down or out of Money. Someone from that Bank should have been outside telling folks sitting there and waiting that the machine was down. Once you are in that line you are trapped and can not pull out or leave. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in the planning that the Banks staff could not have figured out a different way. I know all this social distancing has every one on edge. Otherwise to end on a better note. This Bank is usually very good to deal with and the Staff and the Employees are very pleasant and courteous. I just hope that if this is going to last longer, which I'm sure it will, that a better plan be initiated for the future. Come on PNC you can do better than this.
