Really rude older woman employee yells at you the second you walk in the store. And they don’t buy anything you bring them. Next time I will go to once upon a child or Facebook marketplace. This place has really condescending and disrespectful staff. I’m never coming back and telling everyone to stay clear of this place.

I had many great experiences with Revolve Kids for years until this past year. The clothing in the store currently looks extremely worn, boring, and drabby. All of my clothing that I've brought in the past two times has been rejected. I comb over the clothing and only bring in the best before bringing it in. I call to see what clothing the store is in need of and what is not being accepted before coming. I have brought in the most adorable outfits, high quality clothing from boutiques, along with the cutest holiday outfits...only to be turned away by an older lady with a nasty attitude. Two times in a row I've had to deal with her. She's speaks to me in a condescending way and didn't even look at the clothes in the bag (they were folded the exact same way). I wasn't even out of the parking lot and I received the phone call that none of the clothes were accepted. When I asked what was wrong she said they were too worn and out of date. One of the holiday outfits was worn once and I mentioned it and she countered me in an argumentative way with an excuse that didn't even make sense. It was apparent to me she knew she was caught in the lie of never even looking at the clothing since they were all still folded my way. Following this, I looked around only to see extremely worn out, drabby clothing. I couldn't believe my eyes! It's a shame that a store that I loved so much went down hill. I miss finding unique pieces from there and the kind service I use to experience.

Today was my first time shopping in this store. I was greeted as soon as i walked in. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I went in thinking I would have to go to other stores to complete my shopping needs. To my surprise they had everything i needed. Thanks again

Friendly staff, clean place. Clothes selection is slightly overpriced for used and not big. Name brand shoe selection is great, prices can be hit or miss.

After my last visit I will no longer sell there. I dropped off an item packaged correctly. They decided not to buy the item. When I returned to pick up my item they made attempt to hand it back to me as a dropped it off. They are hypocrites. How dare you ask for items to be dropped off a certain way and return the item however you want. I was and still am disgusted!! They made no attempts to put it back together. Instead the brought it to my car for me to fix it back. Completely disgusted by my experience!

Older lady who works there is very condescending. While walking around she was talking with another worker making fun of another customer who left. The prices are awful- better off going to Krazy bins or T.J.Maxx.

Unless your children's clothes still have tags on them, don't even waste your time putting everything together. You'll have better luck on local fb pages.

Trying to sell your preloved clothes here is absolutely next to impossible. Brought it multiple adidas Tommy h and shorts not even worn. Clerk passed on pretty much everything and they have next to no stock on the specific size I offered. I get that some very few are overworn but most of them weren’t. Super disappointing and as a frequent returning customer not sure I will return.

Fine for basics, a lot of Cat and Jack and Carter's. If you're looking for high end brands this isn't the place for you.

Looking to Buy or Sale check out Revolve Kids. I have posted pictures to give you an idea of what you can find.. Kids + Tween✨ I brought in kids toys, they mentioned they were overstocked so they offered me $5.00 total for a brand new doll & lunch box w cup… I politely passed on the offer. I would say maybe bring your kids clothes, I’ve had better luck in the past. ?

Kids store that doesn’t have a bathroom kids can use. Poor plumbing or not, it’s super hard to shop. The employees are kind, but the attitude toward kids is that they are a nuisance. Weird. Mostly stuff from target, but a few good deals if you are willing to look and your kids don’t need to go to the bathroom. I’d only come back for the shoes.
