As with many appliances over many years, we had another outstanding shopping and installation experience with Snow Brothers. We purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator in July after our prior one exceeded its projected life, and a new GE washer after our prior one lasted for 16 years. In each case we had very helpful and experienced salespeople who guided us to the choices that best met our needs and provided a great value, realizing the many options in their store. Today Justin and Leon delivered and installed the washer with much care.

Our new washer and dryer that we purchased from Chad was delivered today. Andre and Shamar did an amazing job setting it up. They even gave me five minutes to sweep and mop where the old washer and dryer were!

Had a great experience with Snow Bros delivering and installing a new washing machine. Prices for units we were looking at were comparable or lower than big box stores and we were glad to be able to spend the cash at a local business. Darryl and Leon were quick and professional with the delivery and installation. Got the call they were on their way and about 30 minutes later we had a functioning washer again!

I had an outstanding experience at Snow Bros Appliances, thanks to sales rep Corey Kirby. Corey went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. He is incredibly knowledgeable and uses his background working in different areas of the appliance industry to truly understand your needs. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect fit without any pressure.
His professionalism, honesty, and expertise made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Snow Bros is lucky to have someone like Corey on their team. I highly recommend both the store and Corey if you’re looking for top-notch service and guidance!

I gave them two grand and waited nearly two months for delivery of a whirlpool refrigerator- and when the delivery crew finally arrived, they lied and said it couldn't fit through the doorways- and attempted to charge me hundreds extra to change my order to a smaller refrigerator! I canceled the sale, called Home Depot and within 24 hours they delivered the exact same refrigerator and it cost 300 dollars less than Snow Brothers' charged, to boot. I learned from this experience that anyone who goes to Snow Brothers' is a complete idiot. I included the picture of the identical refrigerator I purchased and had delivered from Home Depot within 24 hours, in my kitchen inside my house, as proof that Snow Brothers' was lying and trying to rip me off.

If I could give this place zero stars I would love to. Ordered a fridge the exact same size as my current fridge, when they came to deliver it they said they couldn’t fit it through any doors. They ended up leaving new fridge in the garage. When i called to speak to Mike who sold me the appliance he was INCREDIBLY rude. He told me they would need to charge me another $50 to pick up the old fridge now when I’m able to install the new one myself. I live less than 10 minutes from this place. Would never buy anything from here again. I also bought a floor model and waited almost a week for this delivery. To say i’m dissatisfied is an understatement. love supporting small businesses but never again with this one, poor customer service all around.
EDIT: I did end up speaking to the manager Amy who was helpful. They ended up picking up the old fridge for free after I hired and paid contractors to move and install the new fridge and move the old one to the garage. I still don’t know if I’d ever go back here, the way I was treated by the salesperson Mike was completely unacceptable, rude is an understatement I’m not sure how this man has a job in sales or customer service. They really need to be more clear about delivery instructions and what they will/will not do instead of blaming the customer. Next time I’d probably just go to Home Depot for a faster delivery and clear instructions.

I am pleased to say that Snow Brothers did eventually give in and do the right thing and did not charge me for the disconnect but only after I spent a lot of precious time composing emails, making phone calls, and pushing for a satisfactory resolution.

Buyer beware!!!
Abysmal customer service. My dishwasher motor broke after 10 months. In spite of it being covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, Snow Bros. is expecting me to foot the bill of the disconnect and reinstall so that the appliance can be repaired. This cost would be close to the worth of the dishwasher, so the most likely outcome is that I will discard this dishwasher and purchase a new one. They wouldn’t even offer me a discount for an upgrade.
I am shocked and disappointed.
EDIT TO ADD: There was never an indicator from the installer you work with that my installation was unique, nor did I receive any sort of additional charge for “unique installation”. This term was only used today after multiple inquiries to multiple parties as to why I should have to pay hundreds when my installation is under warranty, and I am still awaiting satisfactory resolution.

We purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer on 9/25/25 and it was delivered on 9/29. The morning following, there was a puddle of water in our laundry room. A rep, Cliff, from SnowBrothers came out on 10/1 to fix a loose hose and did a great job. Since 10/4, however, the washer will not drain. We have had a drum full of water (with clothes molding inside) since 10/4 (6 days). The outsourced repair team canceled their service call due to illness and we have been placed on a cancellation list. The EARLIEST we will get serviced is Monday, 10/13 UNLESS someone else cancels their service call!
This is insane. And Corey and Amy from SnowBrothers indicated the company won’t replace the machine until we’ve had 2 service calls. And we haven’t even had ONE!
Now, I’m headed to a laundromat after spending $1300 on a washer! Unbelievable. The customer service at SnowBrothers is a notch below a big box store. Think twice before making the leap.
We’ve purchased an oven and dishwasher from SnowBrothers and this negative experience has truly made us reconsider our loyalty. It’s a lot of money to spend without the customer service SnowBrothers is supposed to be known for providing its customers.

I called everywhere looking for a new stove. Every place from Lowe's/home Depot to best buy and American freight, said they didn't carry appliances in store and it would have to be ordered. I called snow bros and talked with Corey. He understood my position and got me a floor model that met my needs and at a good price. I never used snow bros before but just for the customer service I received, I'll be going through only them from now on for my appliance needs. Thank you snow bros and thank you Mr. Kirby.

The majority of my appliances were always bought at Snow Bros….but no longer. After I paid for a premium priced appliance, I was shocked being told 2 1/2 wks for in stock delivery, but they would get it moved up. 2 call’s never returned for follow up so I cancelled order at 2 week. I went to Bloom Bros, had it delivered 2 business days later…20% less. If you are going to charge premium prices, you need to treat the customers better.
