I emailed them through their website form a little over a week ago concerning a broken dryer I bought from them. They still have not replied. This is not acceptable, especially from such a slow business.

My go-to appliance store and I have never been disappointed! Their delivery and after the sale customer service is top notch and they keep their word about follow-up. Prices are competitive but their service/sales team & support is above board.

I had five appliances delivered and one of the drivers forgot to put the grommets back on the LG fridge door. I discovered this on Saturday and within an hour the store contacted the delivery driver and I had the grommets at my doorstep. That was above and beyond customer service. Most impressive. I'd give more stars if I could. Dan and Patty. Auburn,Oh.

I recently returned to Snow Brothers to purchas a GE Stove. The long and short of it: The Snow Brothers experience was fabulous! Years ago I bought a refrigerator and washers and dryers from Snow Brothers but more recently, when I needed a dishwasher and freezer, a friend convinced me to go to a Big Box store. Let me just say, the Big Box experience was horriBle! Big Box tacks on extra charges for everything, delivery, moving the old appliance, hooking up the new appliance, connection parts--resulting in several hundred dollars extra....THEN the delivery---horrible! No more Big Box for me! Snow Brothers is the only way to go! No extra charges--even for delivery and or haul away! The delivery and hook up took about 15 minutes! Professional service from Snow Brothers from the minute I walked in their doors to when the delivery people walked out of my home!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I am blown away by the experience with Snow Brothers! My washing machine died abruptly and in a house with 3 athletes you can imagine the laundry emergency this created. I called Snow Brothers and was able to actually speak with a human (which is out of the norm these days), I was able to order a new machine over the phone and book a delivery which was estimated for 2 weeks. I received a call the next day saying that he understood the stress of my household and was able to get the deliver the next day! They removed the broken machine, installed the new one and were amazing. Full service all included. I would use them again in a heart beat!

My wife and I had a great experience dealing with Snow Bros. for a fridge replacement. The shopping process was smooth and painless. Jeff, our salesman, was friendly and knowledgeable. Terrell and Andre, our delivery team, were quick, precise, friendly and hardworking. We plan to return in the future to continue our kitchen reno.

I’m a new customer to Snow Brothers and I purchased and paid cash for $1275 refrigerator that was delivered on 9/22/2023. The delivery guys told me that my cap to the water dispenser was defective and told me to call Snow Brothers on Monday. I called today and finally got someone because my sales rep Chad ext just rings. I talked to Joe and told him about my problem. He placed me on hold and came back and said the dispatch paperwork said that the cap was missing!!!! It was not missing because it was broke. Joe then asked me for my email address and phone number to order the part for me but couldn’t give me an eta for the part. So I just spent $1275 on a refrigerator and I can’t use my water or ice dispenser. I’m a very disappointed customer who probably won’t be returning back.**update** I received a call from my salesman Chad on 9/25 and right away he was very apologetic and promised that Someone would come tomorrow at 11am the next day. Today as promised Keon was here at 11am and fixed my problem. I’m a very satisfied and happy customer now!

From start to finish I had a great experience. Lina helped me to find the perfect washer and they were able to schedule delivery for the next day! Jerome and Antoine were helpful and kind during the delivery. They made sure that everything was working perfectly before they left.

On August 3, 2023 I purchased a GE dryer from Snow Bros. I wanted the smaller size at 27 in and the salesman measured it. I looked up that model online and the width is 27 inches. I needed to purchase a dryer because the new one I purchased the week before, didn't spin around and was defective. I had to wait until August 21 for this new one to be delivered by Snow Bros. I received a call and the delivery man said they would be there at 12:30. Two men were sitting in front of my house in a Penske about 15 minutes before they came out of the truck at 1:15 p.m.The older man, Jermaine, came to my side door and immediately said there was not enough room for him to bring in the dryer. He said the door to the home would have to be removed. I told him many washers and dryers, that were the same size as the new one (27" wide), were in and out of that door through the years without any scratches or problems. He said " Are you trying to tell me how to do my job?" "I've been doing this for years and can get that door off." I told him five times that the door could not be removed. He refused to listen to me and proceeded to take one pin out of a hinge. I kept telling him to stop because he was going to damage the door. He then started to try and remove the next pin, and was unable to do so. He replaced the pin that he had removed, when he finally realized that it couldn't be done. He did all this without my permission and over my objections! It is my home and my door, not his!Who do they think I am when they look at me? A stupid, 5'3", female senior citizen that can be domineered -- who happens to have three degrees and two specialty certificates from CWRU and U of M and has been in practice for 35 years. People respect me and don't order me about. They have discussions with me and listen to what I have to say. But not Jermaine!I knew for a fact that my door could not be taken off the hinges. I also knew that the dryer could have been brought into the house, without question, because I know how to use a tape measure better than he does and I checked the dimensions online. He measured without having the door in a fully opened position. -- But he knows better and he knows more.He then said he was taking the dryer back to the truck. I said leave it right where it is in the driveway. It belonged to me. I had paid for it and I was going to have two of the three workmen, who were repairing the gutter on the other side of my home, bring it into my basement..He proceeded to strap it to the dolly and started wheeling it away. I said no, it's staying here! I then tried to block his path because I needed my dryer. I was tired of wasting 2 hours each time I had to go to the laundromat to dry the clothes. I was taking the dryer off the dolly and he pushed me around and something sharp on the dolly or on dryer punctured and ripped the skin on my right leg and scratched my left leg as well. Even injured, I tried to retrieve my property, but he rammed the dryer into me and pushed me aside.He made no attempt to call his employer, Snow Brothers and when I called them they said they would get back to me, which they never did.The wound on my right leg was so deep, it bled for 3 hours. I went out to Snow Brothers to report what had happened and give them a chance to make things right.They believed whatever fairy tale he told them, including that it wouldn't fit through the door.I said how are you going to resolve this? I didn't hear a single word of apology or an offer of first aid while I was standing there bleeding. They thought giving me a refund would suffice, if I agreed to drop civil and criminal remedies.I refused to take it. This matter is not closed. I'm going to see to it they accept responsibility.This is the kind of customer service I received from their office employee, their delivery man and company, in addition to my injuries from the assault.I never purchased anything from them before and never will again.Don't patronize this company!!!Buyer Beware!!!And V

Hiram and Dre were spontaneous. Their customer service and hard work really drew me in. Fast paced workers. They both were respectful and patient. They also helped me remove some items that I no longer needed. Thanks to them both!

I purchased a washer from them about 6 months ago. 6 weeks ago I called them because my clothes were wrapping around the agitator. They said they would call for repair. Waiting three days I called again because I had heard nothing. They called GE repair service. GE came out and said nothing wrong, I must be loading wrong and left. Next load the same thing happened. I called snow brothers again and they called GE to come back. Same guy he replaced the electronic board and said it was fixed. He had no time to wait for a load to go through the cycle. He left I put in a load and same thing. At this point snow brothers stopped returning my calls and e-mails. It has now been 6 weeks without a washer. I would have gotten the same or better customer service from a big box store
