Technician arrived 15 minutes late and then told me she didn't have time to do a service the usual way because she had another appointment. This is the first time that I have ever had a manicure where there has been no massage and moisturizing of the hands/arms. I will not return.

Worst mani pedi.I've.ever had. Beauty.school has done a slighty better job. Doesnt even soak or massage your hands or feet. Puts bonding glue on the nails so its extremly hard.to get.off.

Horrible experience. I purchased a $40 Groupon that was for a gel manicure and pedicure. It was supposed to be valued at $100. Worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. Basically all she did was polish my nails. My feet never soaked in the tub, the water was never turned on, and my hands never soaked in water. The only thing that was done was polish. And even that she did a horrible job on. I would never go back and recommend to anyone not to patronize this place.

Avoid this salon! I recently bought a living social deal for a manicure/pedicure with KATRINA. The first time I made an appointment with her, she was completely unprofessional over the phone, but since I spent the money on the living social voucher, I decided not to waste it. Well about 45 minutes before my appointment, she TEXTS me that she cancelled my appointment because she "didn't have a ride to work". About a month later, I rescheduled (against my good judgement, only because I didn't want to waste the money I spent). AGAIN, right before my appointment, she finds more excuses and cancels my appointment via TEXT MESSAGE. The website states that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy... so why does that not apply to the stylists?! I will definitely not be using this salon again!!
