GO AND BOOK NOW!!!!! DO NOT hesitate!!!!! everyone in there is so talented and polite. I needed a last minute make up application for a friends birthday and I walked in and was greeted and in someone's chair in less than 10 minutes as a WALK IN!!!!! there were 3 others ahead of me and we all were tooken care of very quickly. it's BEAUTIFUL in there and everyone is sooooo nice and welcoming! My make up application was flawless! I've been going there ever since. Anything make up they are your go to!!!! they offer classes too!!!!!Service: Special occasion makeup

I had my eyebrows "waxed" at the Makeup Institute this past weekend. it was the worst I've ever had, and I've been waxing for 40 years. She waxed, and then used a small razor on my brows. My skin hurt afterwards. I strongly suggest you find someplace else to go for aesthetics and makeup...this can only be indicative of corners cut.

Loved my makeup, but HATED the customer service. I booked online for a full face $75 w/ $25 deposit... cool right? Nope they offer online specials to ppl with instagram (in which I don't have) my makeup Artist was very polite and asked me was taking advantage of the special , I told her that I booked online and I'm not sure if they'd honor that discounted rate. Once my face was done she went to the manager to ask her would I be able to receive the special since I don't have social media and wouldn't have seen it....I believe it was 45 or $50 that they were offering for walk-in/IG ppl and she said NO I booked ONLINE & she couldn't honor it! that was sucky customer service, they shouldn't even mentioned it. I didn't like feeling played
