My wife and I celebrated our anniversary once again. It is a bit on the expensive side but is more than worth it. Service was excellent and the food is very tasty. It doesn't look like you get much, but we never leave hungry.Parking: Located in Legacy Village.

We dined at The Melting Pot for my dad's birthday. 10/10 recommend! I hadn't been in a few years, and it was the perfect venue for an intimate celebration. Our waiter, Alex, was extremely attentive, helpful, and made our evening so much fun! The Wisconsin cheese fondue appetizer was on point!! My parents and I all chose different protein choices for our entrees, so we all traded a bite or two each, so we had one of everything. And the classic chocolate fondue dessert did not disappoint. I highly recommend The Melting Pot for any celebration!Vegetarian options: So many tasty veggies to dip in fondue!Dietary restrictions: There were labels in the menu for gluten free optionsKid-friendliness: I didn't see any kids here - and I wouldn't recommend bringing kids here either because dinner takes a long time due to having multiple courses.

I have nothing but praise for this restaurant. Both the food and service were excellent. Our server, Isaac, took good care of my brother and I and made a very late Christmas present from my brother special. I would come back just for the dessert, but if you're a fan of Cheese, Chocolate, and Meat, you will not be disappointed. We did the Wisconsin Aged Cheese, the Mojo Broth for cooking, and the plain chocolate for dessert. In addition, we ordered two pieces of the caramel sea salt cheesecake which was a steal at $4. The 'Big Night Out' option is definitely worth it in my opinion.Their bacon parmesan salad was one of my favorite parts of the meal and I rarely eat salad.

Celebration dinner for two, with great food and service. We had the four course dinner for our fourth trip, and it was even better than the previous trips. Starting with a Fiesta Cheese Fondue with fruits, breads, and pretzel bread slices for dipping. Next was a Carsar salad. The Entree was a select your own consisting of lobster tail, duck breast, brown sugar bourbon steak, and pepper steak cooked in a CO AU VIN bouillon. A chocolate Fondu with macarons, fruit, chips, and cakes finished the meal. Of course, we had Irish coffee to finish the evening. An almost perfect 3 hour meal. Can't wait to go back.

First time at the Melting Pot. My son made reservations. We were seated promptly in a booth for 2. Plenty of space. We chose the complete dinner for 2 with Pacific Rim and Steak Lovers entrees. It was fun to cook the meat ourselves in the fondue broth! We finished the meal with the flaming turtle. The entire experience took 2.5 hours. It was fun and the food was good!

Wish I could do 0 stars. This place is horrible. Mediocre food, had to order 3 times because apparently the server couldn’t remember, waiter used the “R” word while serving us, and we had to wait nearly an hour between courses (which is insane to wait since you cook your own food). Spend $15 at the grocery store instead of nearly $100 for 3 broccoli pieces. Never again ❤️ fondue more like fonpoo

Abysmal experience here. Went to tell the waiter my wife has a seafood allergy and was going to ask if we could sub out shrimp for something else. He interrupts in the middle of my talking to say “well obviously you wouldn’t order this meal with shellfish.” Right, that was my point. Why the wiseass comment? Couldn’t even get the sentence out before he opened his mouth. He then stood around our table going on and on when we told him we needed a minute. Ultimately we just had their bland, tasteless Wisconsin cheese fondue and left. We came to celebrate Valentine’s Day and had every intention of dropping $150, but the waiter’s obnoxious attitude and social ineptness made sure that didn’t happen. By the way, we had no plates for the fondue until a manager came by and did his job for him. Someone needs to tell him to keep his mouth shut until the guest is done talking. He might learn something. This place wants to charge fine dining prices with McDonald’s service, LOL. Get real. Will never be back and will be sure to tell anyone I meet how bad this was.

First time here. Awesome experience!! Daniel, the server was great! A little on the expensive side, but what isn't anymore? We had a good time so it was worth it. We'll definitely be back.

We usually have a great time here. This time, it was terrible. The manager did comp some of the bill. She was very friendly about it. We liked our waiter when we saw him, but it wasn't often. It was super busy because of the upcoming holiday, but it felt like they got behind at some point and just never recovered. We were at the table for over 2 1/2 hours and had to get our chocolate to go. We ate it cold at home. It was still tasty though. It took forever between courses and there were several small mistakes with our order. On a normal day this place is fantastic, but I don't think I'll ever make reservations around a holiday again.
