I had an online order with a prescription, so I headed to the store because the pharmacy closes at 7pm. It was 6:50 (almost 2 hours since I placed my order) and not ready yet. The employees were standing around (3 of them to be exact) while my order hadn't been picked yet. The manager came over and told the employees right in front of me, "I wish people would come in and buy their own stupid candy." The manager then smiled at me. One of the items in my order were candy canes. I'm sorry I'm using the service being provided by your store and company? I'm sorry for contributing to your store's payroll? Next time I will buy my own "stupid candy." At another establishment.

Pharmacy was closed due to lack of staff. Couldn’t pick up my RX. For two days. No one did a thing to help in need customers.

HAS TO BE THE WORST RAN WALGREENS!!!!!!!!!!!!! "KHOLE" THE MANAGER IS A PIECE OF WORK AMONG OTHER THINGS!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD TO CALL REGIONAL BECAUSE OF A PRICING ISSUE&ME BEING TOLD I WONT BE SERVICED. I HOPE THIS IS SEEN BY A MANAGER

I used this Walgreens for photos several times and would warn people not to use them. The first issue I had was with a photo book where they put half the pages on upside down. I had looked at two of the five books but not all of them. My fault not to double check every one before giving them out as gifts.The second time was way worse because I needed a passport photo. Got it there and overpaid for it, but wanted it to be right. I just got a letter from the state department telling me the photo is not correct and my passport is delayed.I will never use this particular store again and would warn people to stay away from the photo department there.

Would give less if possible. I’ve only had issues with this Walgreens. The pharmacy is closed OFTEN at random, seemingly normal hours of operation. Will be switching where I pick up medicine from now on. For the sake of yourself and loved ones, you might want to consider a different location when looking for a consistent and reliable drugstore.

I waited in line 25 min for my scheduled flu shot. I get to window and lady said she didn't want to do it and that I would have to wait for the guy. He was doing drive thru, which was busy. There was still 2 people ahead of me waiting for shots. I ended up leaving and going to express care. Took less then 20 min start to finish there.

No one answers calls in the pharmacy. And if they do get to your call, there's an 80% you'll get hung up on after waiting for a long time and have to start over.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. GO TO CVS. This location's pharmacy was closed when my dad went up to get his prescription of a life-saving medication. Why? Apparently a staffing problem. Are you kidding me? With how much this store charges on products everyone in there should be millionaires. Unacceptable.

Simply awful. They are completely mixed up and have billed my insurance for meds I never received, meaning I had to go without my prescription for an entire month. They have no idea what's going on and now they are randomly closing with no information about when they plan to reopen. There are ongoing investigations into Walgreen's practices in several states. They care literally zero about whether you have access to your prescriptions or not.

I was able to find what I was looking for. Staff was friendly. The shelves were well stocked especially compared to CVS. I do prefer CVS coupons and extra bucks cash to the point system in Walgreens. You can only use $5 worth in one order. This particular Walgreens was a good experience. I will return.

I've used this pharmacy a couple times and the experiences were consistently poor. My recent experience with one of their pharmacy techs was bad enough that I will transfer my prescriptions to another location. She was rude to me, snippy with the pharmacist, and moved at a snail's pace. I don't blame the pharmacist that was there that day because I know a few personally and along with being horribly overworked and low on support staff in general, they really can't do anything about bad employees. But, based on some of the other reviews here it's pretty clear the store manager doesn't care.

They used to be great in the pharmacy…now they are horrible and completely rude when you are there in person !! I stood in line for 1/2 hour to find out after 4 days they still had not refilled my asthma medication !! It is now a week later and I’ve been on hold for 1 hour waiting to see if they filled my prescription yet…they never answer the phone anymore !! This place has become the worst ever !! Don’t waste your time on the phone…the lazy gals behind the pharmacy counter are rude and never ever answer the phone !!!

Had a covid test done at this location today. The service from the girl at the pharmacy drive thru was great. No idea why google is claiming this location is closed, the store itself was open as normal. Edited from 5 to 2 stars. Dr wants me to be retested and now this Walgreens claims they have ZERO openings for covid tests in the future.
