“This was our third Redwood neighborhood and it was exactly what we came to expect from Redwood! Front office was always timely with requests, maintenance requests were handled timely and correctly every time, neighborhood was well kept and in a great location. Only reason we moved out was because we purchased a house.”

The leasing team was extremely hospitable and kind. They also have a house cleaner that is magnificent and ensured my place was spotless before I moved in. “I was considering a two bedroom before reading the reviews. I am a reviewing under a different name. I was curious to learn how often does the rent increase. or At least i should have asked what are the chances of it increasing. I think I will opt for a 1 bedroom if I am going to rent. I do have a preference for the vicinity, and a lower unit, because a unit on the first floor I will stay longer.”
