One of the best gyms in Ohio. I've trained with Dave and all the fighters there and I've fought on the same fight cards as them. Great people full of love for the sport. Have nothing but respect for all of them. Always have a great time training with them.

The coaches and owner are amazing, and the gym is women friendly and inclusive. This is a great place for everyone, beginners to advanced fighters, to come and learn striking and jiu jitsu. This is one of my favorite gyms I've had the pleasure to train at.
