It's all been said before by so many folks who have experienced the honesty and experience of Eric and his organization. Many family's put their trust and their vehicles in the hands of the team at Auto Correct and my family will be doing just that for a long, long time!

I was referred to Eric by a friend. I was immediately impressed by Eric’s calm, pleasant demeanor, many years of experience , professional manner and obvious pride in his business. After thorough inspection of my Toyota Camry, he came up with a list of repair plus maintenance that had been missed on my vehicle. However, he wanted a second opinion related to my transmission as he “ didn’t want me spending money that might not fix the issue” He referred me to an honest and impressive transmission shop. Eric then followed up with the mechanic work needed. He explains in detail the work done and reasons why, adding what I can do to ensure longevity of my vehicle. I will definitely be taking my vehicle to Eric for all future service, he is highly recommended!

I am extremely thankful and impressed with Auto Correct LLC. My family and I were on a road trip when our vehicle broke down. Hours from home and in need of quick help, I called Eric’s shop and he got me in right away, even though he and only one other mechanic were already very busy. They closed at 6 pm and he stayed a half hour later to look over my vehicle and get a diagnosis. He spoke no sales pitch and no extra nonsense. Long story short, he fixed my car the next morning and saved myself and my family much time, and much money. More importantly, his character and care for a stranger was amazing. Eric is very intelligent and knowledgeable in his field. Without a doubt, this is a place you can trust, which is so hard to find these days and worth its weight in gold.Services: Electrical repair

Even though they failed to let me know that my car may need to stay overnight, they were able to provide a professional analysis of my vehicle repairs while taking the time to show me what it needed.

I was recently stranded in Ohio with my vehicle overheated on the highway. Eric an his team were accommodating, friendly and able to squeeze me in their booked schedule not only to fix the problem but to address others that were going to cause problems down the road. The price was extremely fair and the service was amazing. Thank you for getting my family back on the road safely.

Nothing but good things to say about Eric and how he runs his business. He kept me informed every step of the way. Having a Honda and needing my engine replaced I couldn't think of anyone else I wanted working on my Pilot. He is Honda certified and he is exactly what my car required. Thanks for treating me fair and making this very emotional ride a tad bit easier! If you need any repairs and you want honest and hard working, Auto correct is where you wanna be!Services: Engine repair

My car needed extensive mechanical work to the point that 2 previous mechanics said to junk it. Eric and his team took on this challenge, was patient with me explaining all the needs in a way I could understand(w/out making me feel stupid). He kept me informed all along the way and was the utmost professional. I recommend AutoCorrect wholeheartedly!

This is my first ever Yelp review. AutoCorrect provided me with the most bizarre and horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I spent $4,602.75 there, which I paid promptly and with zero complaints. I even gave Eric a new $80 tool as a thank you. The major repairs included a $116 wheel bearing which, through no fault of AutoCorrect, failed after 8 months. I happen to work in auto parts distribution, so I decided to install an inexpensive replacement from work myself rather than going to the inconvenience of missing work for a warranty repair. I was an ASE technician for 15 years, so it was a minor task.I emailed Eric and cordially asked if he would check with his supplier about any warranty. I did not complain about his work or ask for any refund on labor, only for a possible refund on the faulty part. He flatly refused, saying I had violated his "protocols" and it was absolutely impossible. After I emailed pictures of the installation, he accused me of installing the bearing on a different car because my new license plate didn't match his records - an alleged $116 swindle that would have required me to own two identical cars with the same failed AutoZone bearing. His tone read as though I had violated some highly technical contract and that he was genuinely angry at me for working on my own car. I responded that I couldn't understand his refusal to even attempt to check on this minor warranty, and he again reprimanded me about not following his protocols.I never called or visited his shop, never insulted him or his work, never posted anything online before this, but after my fourth email in which I explained that I knew the automotive aftermarket and the part would be easily warranted, he demanded that I never contact him again in any way, or he would turn me over to his legal counsel for harassing him. His assistance would have cost him nothing, his arrogant condescension was astounding. After all of this, the folks at AutoZone happily provided a free bearing directly to me when they saw that the old one had clearly failed. They apologized for not being able to offer a refund because I was not the original buyer. Now at least I have a spare for when the other side goes.

Very good service and follow up. One of the most knowledgeable individuals in his field of study, specifically the Acura and Honda brands.

Dan Rodgers has never been a customer.Paul Balukus has never been a customer.PrayforJinx? speaks for itself.Esra brought in a 1991 Toyota All Trac Wagon(1 of 1700 made), he had purchased in Colorado. He purchased the vehicle with a blown head gasket and proceeded to drive it to Ohio, as is. In an attempt to stop it from making noise he disconnected a spark plug wire and drove the vehicle in such a state, causing damage to the secondary ignition. He had the vehicle towed in, not running. Once running we discovered the blown head gasket. This was during the height of Covid. Not only were parts and deliveries delayed, finding parts for this vehicle was not easy as none were readily available. We also had to wait for the machine shop, who is extremely busy and under staffed. Esra's "fuel system" damage was caused by a failed idle control valve full of head gasket stop leak that he stated he would repair himself along with leaking exhaust parts. He was advised, legal action would be taken against him for nearly $1000.00 in turnpike fees and fines, from New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, he didn't pay while using a shop loaner car for free of charge. During the month that Esra drove the loaner car he put 4000 miles on it. When contacted about the turnpike fees, he told me to go f*ck myself and what was I going to do about it. Esra ended up paying the turnpike fees once police intervention was requested. Esra also received parts at cost and a 30% discount on labor. We clearly couldn't accommodate this very unique level of entitlement.
