“This particular location has an entrance setup that doesn't jive with the cars exiting the wash portion. On any given day the left side entry lane could be blocking the cars exiting out from the wash bay. Terrible setup for exiting there and from the vacuum station. Any given moment a few too many cars could make things congested.
Ceramic 4 Ultra is a great wash and I appreciate the option to go touchless. The water really beads on my car when it rains. Plenty of strong vacuums available(w/crevice tool) and the towel exchange program is a plus.
However, I must say at multiple Clean Express locations, I find myself dying off more water versus the competitor at the end. Maybe a stronger/ longer drying segment is needed. A mat washing station would also be a gamechanger.
Overall, a satisfying experience but not sure I'll be visiting this Macedonia location too often.”

“Wheely Clean is a nice car wash. They pre-wash your car with a sprayer. They can also add a debugger if you have caught a ton of bugs on your front end and windshield . It smells very pungent, so be prepared but it is only for about 30 seconds. Then they send your car through the machine all while your sit inside your vehicle.
The car wash interior uses sprayers and mops to wash your car down. There are heavy duty and above average blowers at the end.
Unfortunately, they do not have people there to wipe your car down but they do have a place with vacuums, window cleaner, interior cleaner and garbage cans. I have never had to wait long in the line to go through the car wash or to wipe my car down. You literally can detail your car at this place.
They have unlimited car wash plans.”

“My experience with Clean Express Auto Wash in Solon, OH was great. I come here at least twice a month. I usually just get my car washed with the underbody and the spray that makes your car shine and drive off. This time I stopped at the vacuum station to vacuum the inside of my car. I needed a little assistance and thats where I met Keivon. Keivon is beyond amazing who took the time to help me. He went over and above for me. I get the washed that cost $26 dollars. I don't want to leave out the guys in the back who helps you get your car on the rack who also had to help get my car in neutral as well as the guy who help you pick out the wash that you want to get.
Owner of Clean Express Auto Washed remember you were in the same place as your employees are now. You wanted more than a pat on the back. I know every time a car pulls in your washed the money goes to the top. Please remember your employees and share because they are the ones helping you exceed. “The attendants are nice, car wash does a pretty decent job. Problem is one of the lights on the front is broke for leaving the wash itself, and one of the brushes is broke on the inside so it just sits there and waits beside your car as you drive by it It does not spin.”

“I went to Moreland Hills Classic Services recently for major repairs on my Infiniti QX80 after taking it back from the dealership’s service department last November. “As a paying customer I find it frustrating that the vaccum are isn't supervised. To many non paying civilian just pulling in to use the vaccum a service I have to pay for . Please all locations tighten this up. Paying $42 a month for full service and someone using it for free don't sit right with me”
“OK northfield Park Racino players! There is a gas station in front of the casino. You can use your rewards credits here usually save money on gas and icon players. Don’t forget you get four free car washes a month! For the remainder of your icon years so take advantage of that because these cars are pretty dirty out here I love the car wash. It’s safe and my car sparkles every time might want to bring a towel for the end unless you wanna rush out fast and not let that machine dry your car. Pay attention to those lights that will flash when it says ready then you can drive off everyone who works there pretty cool. To redeem your car washes icon players you have to go into the gas station. Show them your ID and they’ll swipe your card.”

“Man, I don't get some of the harsh ratings on this page! Waterway is a carwash offering multiple types of washes and a monthly clean car club. You can get interior and/or exterior service and a variety of add-ons. In this area, it's the best car wash. If you're going to be super picky about the job, you should probably do it at home on your own. I really think the teenagers that work here do the best they can and work hard given the super long lines they deal with constantly. I could never do this kind of work. I'm usually very happy with the quality of my car and this location is always full of nice kids ready to help. Compared to other spots locally, this Waterway offers the best value and I'll continue to take my car here year round when I am in the area.”

“I checked this place out because I've been looking for a self serve car wash after the automatic car washes just kept missing too many spots and/or just not getting all the schmutz off, but I don't know if I can economically get it done in my driveway either.
Renting the power washer ended up being a very good choice, I was able to spot clean and ensure everything was getting properly cleaned but also had access to equipment/soaps that I wouldn't at home. Very happy with the clean that I got but it was a little confusing to figure out how it worked.
I was eventually able to figure things out, there were picture instructions that were just vague though to get me through, but I did spend about 10 more minutes figuring it out than I probably needed. That's not a huge deal as next time I come back I'll get it done quicker.
However, I'm still not sure how to select the amount of time per transaction. Supposedly this is $3 for 5 minutes, or $5 for 10m. Wanted to select 10m increments but could not figure out how to select. $3 for 5m seemed to be the only option available to me.
Additionally, I wanted to vacuum and shampoo my interior but I don't see how to use credit card for the vacuums. There's is a cash-to-token machine but no way to use my debit card. Definitely want to give that a go.”
“Inside it was so tranquil. Warm and clean. It had such a nice hushed atmosphere like when you walk into a quiet museum. My wife and I felt that we should whisper. Such a pleasant change from the overly crowded in-your-face crappy food and junk snacks. You can watch the cars getting washed which the kids thought was the best! Outside it was so clean. An employee was walking around. He was neat and very presentable with his clean uniform tucked in. He greeted me as he walked by and was cleaning the pump guards.
Overall this was a totally different experience at a gas station and I told my wife I’m now officially spoiled.”

I went over to him and when we went inside to ask if they had anything in the supply closet to assist us in getting the car off the curb Gino was nice enough to help us find something and put them back after we rescued the car.
