I was at the famous footwear in Macedonia on December 3rd 2022 around 1:30. I will never return. There was a store full of people and the girl working spent the entire 20 minutes I was in the store talking to her boyfriend who was in the store. Not once did I see her help somebody Her time was completely devoted to talking with him instead of helping customers. If I had an option to give zero stars I would have done that.

My compliments are for Tammy who was working this afternoon (Nov 13th 2022). She was extremely helpful, getting pairs of boots off the top shelf for me, WHILE also helping a family with 3 children get fitted for snow boots, WHILE also ringing customers out at the front. I don't know how she juggled it all, but she did it beautifully with such a kind smile, and informative answers to my questions. She made my visit exceptional. I hope she is recognized for all she does, she is a gem. Thank you Tammy.
