Had a great time at Fun 'n' Stuff! The attractions were super fun, and there was plenty to do for all ages. Everything from bump cars to arcade games made the visit exciting. However, I did have an issue with the manners of one staff member, which was a bit disappointing. It didn’t ruin the experience, but better customer service would make this place even better. Overall, still a fun spot, and I’d consider coming back!

I Booked A Party Room For My Sons Birthday They Assured Me Rooms Were Available Before Booking and Paying I Get To The Facility and They Did Not Give Me The Room Instead They Set Up The Benches I Wouldn’t Have Booked A Room For Benches. The Party Host Was Very Rude She Gave Me The Wrong Pizza and Refused To Replace It Then She Said She Would Take The Pizza Back And Fix It Then She Refused To Do That And Said I Had To Buy New Pizza. We Didn’t Get All Of Our Pictures Of Drinks Until Leaving Out. We Paid For More Wristbands Than Expected because The Host Did Not Give Me The Correct Amount Of Wristbands Included In Party Package They Charged For Skating Which Was Supposed To Be Apart Of The Package. Before My Party Time Was Even Over The Planner Kept Rushing And Harassing Us We Didn’t Cut Cake At Time Planned Because The Birthday Boy Who Is 4 and Autistic Ran Off And We Couldn't Find Him He Was On The Skating Rink Which Caused A Accident And My Son Hit His Head Very Hard! Had I Have Had My Room I PAID For That Wouldn’t Have Happened I’m Not Sure If I Was Denied My Room Because Of Color But The Rooms Were Filled With Caucasian and I Didn’t See Them Treated The Same However The Kids Still Enjoyed Themselves The Attractions Are Very Nice But Too Expensive To Deal With Mistreatment It’s A Never Again For Me Use To Go Often.

Haley (the manger) is terrible. They pull their drawers before they are even technically “closed” and refuse to let you pay for tickets to buy the toys that your kids want. 0/10 recommend. Everything is already overpriced to begin with and I wanted to buy tickets so my son and his friend could get the toys they wanted and she refused and was ridiculously rude even though they were REOPENING FOR ANOTHER LATE NIGHT EVENT AN HOUR LATER. It costs you nothing to be kind.

Well, I can say that mini golf was fun for sure. Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review due to the fact that they either STOLE my girlfriends debit card information or purposely charged something else. Golf was $18.50 for the two of us. And that's all we did. Funny how the following week there are not one but two $4 charges to her card from this exact location. Go get your own money instead of taking someone else's. Thanks

We had a great time for the most part . The food takes a long time and we lost about 45 mins waiting because the timer they provided never alerted us our food was ready.. due to that we lost time off our unlimited wrist bands and the girl upstairs with blonde curly hair did not let us in laser tag. She said the wrist bands expired 30mins ago and turned us away and made my 5 year old cry… We had to pay again just to play laser tag. Other than her, the rest of the staff were great!

We attended a birthday party, and everything was going well until our children came back, saying the workers were rude to them and had grabbed them off the go-kart. We approached the workers to discuss the situation calmly. The workers explained their side, and we resolved the issue amicably. However, as we returned to the party to sing happy birthday, we noticed security standing nearby. It’s disheartening that, as Black individuals, we can't express our concerns without the White workers feeling threatened. We were neither behaving aggressively nor showing any signs of aggression. If you are Black and have a complaint, be prepared for the possibility that they may feel threatened and call security. After noticing the security guard standing by our table, we asked the manager why he was following us. She pretended to be unaware of the situation, a typical response we expected from a manager displaying Karen-like behavior. We later learned that the manager had called security on us. In my 31 years, I have never experienced security being called on us for calmly speaking to workers to resolve an issue. The manager's passive-aggressive behavior, especially towards Black customers, was evident. We shouldn't have to explain that we are hard-working individuals who spent over $300 at their facility. The staff was unfriendly and very rude, and this behavior was completely unwarranted. If you are Black and considering visiting this place, please be cautious. The security guard only left once we exited the building. This incident underscores the need for awareness and vigilance when dealing with such discriminatory behavior.

We're in a different state and were trying to purchase a gift card for a young family member. Your gift card plan/website is not very user friendly. I don't use PayPal and then was directed to create an account...? Ridiculous. Super not impressed.

Have been to this place many years ago, and after Covid seems to be a money pit. Purchased a wrist band for 90 minutes, and was never told about extra fees to purchase safety features. My 6 and 8 year old were told they needed to pay for walkers, when it was very evident that they were not experienced with skating at all. The lady at the front said “ it’s only $2”. I explained to her it wasn’t the issue of money, but rather I wasn’t told about the extra fees, or that attractions were closed for the evening. Not sure what I paid for. It’s almost like going to cedar point and being charged for seat belts on a roller coaster.

My son had his birthday party here over the weekend. He and his friends had sooo much fun. Hailey, our hostess, was so kind and helpful. She answered all my questions and checked in on us a ton. 10/10

I took my daughter here before and she had a blast they let me go on the jungle gym with her last time we were here came today 3-17-24 worker was rude and told me I needed to get the hell off because I’m over the limit but last time I was here was no problem sorry but I’m not letting my 2yr old up there on her own especially when the workers playing on his phone used to love coming here but starting to reconsider

Fun but overpriced and half the attractions that we went for were closed. Also my brand new iPhone was stolen and the staff made no effort to do anything about it.**UPDATE: Turns out the iPhone was stolen by an employee, or a friend of one because it pinged my locator one day months later and I sent the police after it. It outside a townhouse that had just been vacated (nonvoluntary and quickly I understand) and the phone was thrown in the grass. Probably right after my messages appeared on the screen that it was stolen. Not cool, no wonder they didn't try to help me look!
