Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had returning anything. The entitled girl refused my return on just one protein shake (for information I had bought it and had just one shake) well I thought enough to call corporate about this return cause hey it's within my 30 days. They said to call them again with whoever was working and put them in speaker phone. I did. This was to much of a hassle for one. While on the phone with corporate the girl calls her GM and is being told to refuse the return. Eventually they cave in and 30 minute later I get to leave. Well I had bought 3 total and a blender bottle. I went back and returned EVERYTHING. .
tldr: call corporate in store for this location. The Aurora location is a franchise and the owner works there every day

Stopped in this place yesterday morning to purchase two small items and was told I MUST have a GNC membership to purchase less than $6 worth of merchandise. I explained to Thomas I did not want a GNC membership. He insisted I give him my name, email, zip code, and phone number to purchase this merchandise as it is "policy." I canceled my GNC membership years ago and this is my first visit to GNC since before the pandemic but I know this is not true. Thomas essentially held me in that store for about 10 minutes trying to spend $6. I had to make up information just to get this creepy man to check me out and let me go. He then told me that a membership would "save" me money. I told him I didn't care. He persisted telling me that because my purchase is so small he is REQUIRED to sign me up for a membership. I guess he thinks that the public are fools. This is harassment and illegal. I contacted GNC corp this morning and let them know about this. I suggest going around the corner to the Vitamin Shoppe. GNC should do us all a favor and just shut down and disappear. I would not suggest going into this store. I will never shop this or any other GNC again.

website says 7, i drive by at 6 open sign is on, i take 2 min to park and walk up and its locked and open sign is off. waste of time

Here at 6:30. Sign says that they close at 8 but the doors are locked. I mean I would understand if I walked up at 7:55 and the doors were locked, but 6:30? That’s a bit much

Nothing but problems anymore. Never have my protein shakes in stock so I choose auto ship. Well they charge my card twice and only send me half of my order. NOT COOL! I try to call no one answers I try to use chat bot and I keep getting disconnected. Avoid this place at all cost
