This is for their Florida location. This company installed my pool cage in 2014 (found their info on my permit). Great cage, but screws are rusting. Fast forward to 2025 - I have called them a half-dozen times to please call me - I would like to get an estimate to replace 5 of my screens and I would like the screws to be replaced with stainless steel (so they won't rust - have structural issues with numerouse rusted out screws). I have also emailed them through their website. NO CONTACT in more than 3 weeks, even though their website says someone will be with me in 1 business day. Spoke to answering service, she promised to push me through, still nothing. BUT, now that they have my email address, they are sending me marketing emails.

I signed a contract in February 2025, this year, and paid a substantially deposit. Since then it's been crickets. They promised to be done in 16 weeks. To date they haven't even fixed a permit. They don't return emails nor phone calls. Stay away is my recommendation.
I think it's a shell game.

I never thought I would be excited to get windows. I love them! I didn’t realize how bad my windows were. It’s hard to pull the trigger on such a big purchase but it’s worth it! Start to finish everything went exactly as planned. Communication was excellent starting with Josh who sold me the windows to Ben and his team who installed the Windows. Pull the trigger, buy the windows! Thanks Universal Windows!

How do we get our room finished that is taking way longer than expected. We seem to be told one thing which never happens and are now waiting for parts that were not ordered initially. One thing after another.

My score isn’t a five because my blinds doesn’t fit back into my windows.
Although per universal windows, they did what was ordered. The windows fit, the windows look great however, my blinds does not fit as they were however, universal windows want me to make them fit and do something different from what it was before.
I think that’s unfair. They will not talk with me on it. They continue to say that everything is as it should be. This knowing that my window blinds does not fit in my windows like they were before I purchased windows from universal not happy with that. It’s just a small gesture, but they choose not to do anything to make it right although there ad says “if your experience wasn’t great , we want to make it right!”.🥴😳 that isn’t a true statement. I am not asking for just trust understanding. We paid $18k+

Not happy at all - They installed glass that is totally different from what is on the contract and it is a glass made by a company named INTIGRAL (See the logo on the corner of the glass)....and had them replace the glass for the whole sunroom....They did the replacement but I don't think that the replacement glass is what they advertised...
