Marie and Mark are amazing! came in to get finger prints done without and appointment. I did not wait super long. I was worked around folks with appointments. very very knowledgeable and professional! I I'll definitely be using them for fingerprinting again!!!

I took a wrong turn and ending up here for my BCI/FBI check, originally I had an appointment at another company. High 5 fingerprinting LLC took me regardless and helped me so much. Answering all my questions, being super informative. We talked about life and small random things about our families, it was extremely homey and so welcoming. Especially because we don’t know each other at all. Places like this, with owners like this, give me all the faith in humanity. The wrong turn I took, I have no doubt it was for a reason.

Absolutely the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. Marie was incredible and went above and beyond to assist me. She made the entire process for fingerprinting very easy and she answered questions I didn't even know I had. Just an incredible example of exemplary customer service. I will, without question, be using this company for any future fingerprinting needs.
