I've had to use this body shop more than once, and each time, their quality of work is top-notch. The owner and the younger woman at the desk were extremely helpful and nice to deal with. My car looked brand new when I got it back after they repaired it from a car accident

Five star all day! I'd give ten if I could. Bob came highly recommend and I can see why. His eye for detail is amazing and I'll be recommending Highland Auto Body wherever I go. It was a seamless transaction and was a very upbeat and professional environment. The front end work on my 2015 Titan are beyond my expectations! Yall knocked it out of the park! Not a good experience at all. My jeep needed the front fender replaced and the door painted after an accident. The day I picked it up, the new fenders light bulb was broken off inside the lens not working, the fender wasn't in line with the door and hood, the door had fish eyes in the clear and a buffer burn. I made another appointment to get these fixed which they did, no charge. Again, I had to pay for another rental car for three days though. While it was there I decided to have them replace the seat bottom foam and cover I had bought at the jeep dealership. I picked the jeep up discovering that upon reinstalling the seat, they poked a hole in the new oem jeep 600.00 seat cover and scratched both the door panel and sil plate with the metal seat track. Also, the air bag light was illuminated on the dash. They agreed to purchase a new door panel and sil plate, but the cover is no longer available. I suggested they repair the old one for me to have as a spare and leave the new one on with a hole for fear of more damage. That would not be anywhere close to the cost of buying a new one. It took several phone calls, stop ins and emails to get those parts from them. After many many months of the seat cover being at the shop, with the owner saying it would get repaired after I stopped to see, I gave up and picked up the unrepaired seat bottom cover, now covered in dust and dirt. Chapter closed at least. I don't just leave negative reviews, it's not my thing but I have never had to call, email and stop in a place of business so many times to get something fixed. This was an extremely unprofessional transaction. Each time there were easily seen things wrong. I understand things happen, but this was all in lack of quality control, honesty and follow through.

Bob is great!. I gave my BMW in the shop for faulty parking sensors. They did an excellent job in all the repairs and also did some extra bumper repairs for free of cost. Hastle free in and out. Highly Highly recommended.

They are a great group of guys over there. I can’t say enough good things about them. I was referred to them by my mechanic. It was a pretty simple fix for the hinges on my trunk and they went above and beyond and did an amazing job. They even touched up a little ding in my side door and fixed a loose panel by the bumper without saying a word about it. I planned on getting it detailed when I got it back but they cleaned it inside and out and polished the wheels.
I went from Parma to Macedonia to find this place and I will not go anywhere else. There are probably 50 shops closer and I will drive past them to go to Highland every time.

My contact, Robin, was excellent they repaired $12,000 of under carriage damage it took them about 6 weeks to complete the repairs, which sounds like a long time, but was necessary.

My frs has been in there 3 times in a year, (each time for something else). I keep going back because I trust them and they do great work! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They are honest hard workers that do quality work. Give them your business!
