GARBAGE STORE. Waited over 30 min to have wood cut. No one ever came. Told woman to call someone. She took her good old time to do so. Still no one came. There were people in front of me waiting for wood cut. GOD only knows how long they waited. The store was pretty much dead so NO EXCUSES. Went over to Lowes and they cut my wood immediately.

The usual home depot inventory control shenanigans. You can always count on them to not have what you came for, despite what the website and in store computers say. Thanks for wasting my time, again.

Had a great experience with Kwana in the appliance department. Customer service was great with Ann plus the store manager Lee was awesome! Everyone deserves a raise!

Wanted to commend Marilyn in customer service. I asked her to look for a lost item in the parking lot and she went out and looked for me which she did not have to do. This was truly appreciated and you can tell that she looks out for customers!

I went in to grab a discontinued Rigid Wet/Dry Vac. The website showed inventory but the Home Depot team and I couldn’t find it. Not only did they try to find it for me, but when we came up empty they discounted a current model to the same price. Great service and great staff!

John in the Lumber & Doors Aisle was extremely helpful today when I stopped in to pick up a screen door, and multiple other things that I needed for different projects around the house. He went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed while also looking up different locations who had what I needed that the Macedonia location did not have in stock. Great customer service experience!
