I recently returned a Christmas gift to Home Depot and I was treated with the utmost courtesy and accommodation. The team member who helped me was kind, friendly and efficient. My transaction was complete in less than 10 minutes. I have always had a pleasant experience shopping at Home Depot at all of their locations.

Ask any Veteran! Every time, I try and use my military discount it fails! The place in already overpriced,! 10% is 10% I've spent thousands here, and when you ask an associate for help, they seem lost! Today I was told about a bar code that I could upload to my phone that has been out for 2 years! How about attach it to my Home Drpot card, or does that just make to much sense.

I had the pleasure of working with the sweetest woman in the paint dept today! Her personality was so kind and warm and she told me exactly what she was adding to my paint to ensure it stood the test of time in my bathroom. She gave me pricing before mixing and had everything ready while I looked at plants. Great customer service and I always love a warm smile when talking to someone new. Thank you to the beautiful soul in the paint dept(“Mystic Meadow” turned out great)! Home Depot is lucky to have you!

Went yesterday and got 3 furnace filters. Went to self checkout and set the big cartridge filter on the floor and picked up the gun to scan the two smaller ones in my hand (a total of about 7 seconds) and I have a lady standing over my shoulder saying “don’t forget to scan the big one”…. Get away from me! I’m sick of being harassed at this location during self checkout. I’m not trying to steal a stupid furnace filter. I didn’t even have enough time to scan everything before she is hanging over my shoulder. Then asks if I want to open a charge card to save $5… uh no thanks! We know how to work the self checkout, and if you are worried about loss prevention then just check us out!!

Only self service open. Got multiple bags of sand that wouldn't want to scan . 2 employees just kept talking to each other and didn't help. Then it made me pay with credit/debit haha jeez

I’m bias, I think Home Depot is a great company. They can do great things for customers, they usually allow returns on any active product within a certain time no questions asked. Home Depot does make mistakes however in most cases they make them right for the customer.

Was trying to find a temperature sensor using the app and it got me to the right aisle but I couldn’t find it. Thankfully an employee walked down that aisle and was super helpful in finding it.

Standard Home Depot. Customer service here is amazing. They corrected issues that online Home Depot messed up and was not their responsibility to correct. This is our staple home improvement store.

Absolutely disappointed with the kind of customer service at the store. We arrive 15 minutes before closing only to be greeted with an aggressive. We close in 15 minutes. All we needed was one screw and one nut when we went over. It looked like they did not have the screw enough that we needed in metric small enough. So we needed to ask for help. it was hard to find anyone as they were all standing by the cash registers at the exit. So we walked down there to get help and the woman says we're closing. I'm like I am aware of that. I just need a screw in a bolt but we can't seem to find it. Can you send someone over to the hardware department? One of the other employees that was standing there said he would assist us. However, he didn't know anything about hardware and he walked as slow as a turtle. He was kind and tried to be helpful at least. The woman was aggressive and rude. Since the gentleman had no idea what he was doing as much as we didn't know, and they never bother sending anyone that actually worked in hardware over to help us. We were struggling to find these two simple items that we needed. The second it turned 8 o'clock. The woman yelled at us were closed. I have never encountered this kind of rudeness at any other store when it's close to closing time. Usually they're helpful to help you find what you need so you can get out I think I'll be going to Lowe's next time, we left without the items we needed. This is the Macedonia store. Terrible unhelpful, and knowledgeable, and rude employees.
