I stayed here 2 years ago and I still remember how awful it was. We booked 2 rooms online and they told us that we did not book 2 rooms. 1 of the rooms had bugs on the beds, room smelled awful.

The Dirty Motel from Hell!On 7/16/22 I checked out of the Key Inn motel within 15 minutes because the refrigerator had food in it, the sheets and blankets were dirty and the light was flickering in the bathroom. Upon checking out the girl at the front desk told me that I will be refunded for my 2 night stay. A couple of days later after finally being able to reach them on the phone the manager told me that I will get a refund but it is now almost a year later and I never got my refund. I made several attempts to call but no one really helped me and it was very difficult to reach someone on the phone. The part that hurts is that they charged me 2 nights when in fact I checked out within 15 minutes. I can understand 1 night not being refundable but unfortunately they charged me for 2 nights.I have tried going to the Better Business Bureau but Key Inn completed ignored the letters mailed by BBB by never responding to them.I have never seen managers completely ignore your concerns and lie to you about getting a refund.Zero stars for cleanliness and customer service!

I reserved a room online and once I got there he said he didn’t have that room and only had 1 room left which I didn’t reserve and he gave me the key and the room hadn’t been cleaned and with a utility cart inside. I haven’t received a refund.

There were no towels in the room. When I told the front desk about it, they told me that housekeeping had left and they could not give me a towel. They told me to wipe myself with toilet paper. This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in.

It is the worst place I ever stay the staff was very distasteful rude and disappointing . The room were disgusting and everything in and outside the rooms were broken or rigged up the ace should be torn down

We do stay here alot and the staff here are always friendly the rooms that we have had have been great I know they are about to do some major updates and for the price it's really not bad but I would stay here every trip we and my wife make

We were charged the next morning for canceling and they told us to cancel. Bed BROKE. Rude workers. Took us 5 hours to finally get in to a room. Thays why they had us cancel through booking.com and go through them. Never again. Dirty hotel, dirty workers. Scam artist!!!

I booked a room an was not given a clean room. Dirty sheets dirty shower could not use either one. Could not even sit in the sheets. Two managers working both of which would not issu a refund for the room. Said that I dirtied the room. Which I did not. Raquel an john. There is a refund policy just that they are allowed to get away with illegal stuff. Have reached out to someone about the refund. Should not have to pay for something you don't use.Wouldn't even give em a star if it did not make you

The room smelled like smoke. The door were kicked in before. Had a tv but no remote. No towels. Called down, waited two hrs before I decided to go get it myself. Shower head were off the pipe, had to screw it in myself. Maintenance man was banging on stuff all night. Kids above me was running around the room all night. To top it all off the sink stopper was stuck. This is a horrible place. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst , horrible experience ever. “Better stay in rest area than this”.We checked in by at around 2am. Once we checked , the front desk handed us the keys and said there is no wifi and when asked him about the room ,he told us it is cleaned. But once we entered the room it was not cleaned , restroom sink was not working, there were footsteps in bathroom, the room was stinky and it was horrible. There were not enough pillows and blankets. We asked him he provided us with an extra pillow and a blanket. But both were stinking. The room full of stinking horrible smell and there were lots of musquitoes and insects in the room. When we try to use restroom sink tap the water wasn’t clean. We tried to sleep. We couldn’t stand. So we went back to talk to him we could’t reach , front desk was closed till morning 8am. So we left the key in the front desk and checked out from there.It’s really a horrible place to stay. Everywhere we were getting stinking smell. Not recommended at all.

Bugs everywhere by the window. Mold under the sink. Someone with a manager card opened our door without knocking and tried to force their way in, but the latch was closed. Deadbolt didn't work. The rooms definitely need TLC. But I gave 2 stars because it was $60 a night.
