What a great shop! When I walked in Stevie Nicks was playing in the background, some ladies were hanging out knitting and together.There's yarn of all price ranges and her tool inventory is amazing! She has every hook and needle you could ask for. I'm on a long road trip, and I really feel lucky that I took a detour to shop there. My yarn was on sale too. You can even have your skein wound before you go.

Such a lovely shop. There is an amazing selection of yarns and supplies. Plus, they have some charity bags of yarn for cheap if you're making items to donate.

This place is amazing. You can't find wool,cotton or silk yarn barely anywhere and this place has it all. I got a relaxing f hook here and I love it. It's odd , you really can't find a f hooks at certain places but this place had em in different styles. Very impressed with this place. Definitely will be back.

I was referred to Long Tail Knits because my toddler’s most favorite blankie, which was hand-knit by a family friend who lives far away, developed a hole from a little too much love and was quickly unraveling. I visited the shop in hopes it could be repaired quickly to avoid him having to be without it too long, and the owner was able to repair it PERFECTLY in less than a day. He’s so happy to have it back and I’m so grateful!

You can feel the love as soon as you walk into the shop. Great selection of Spinning Wheels and supplies. A great owner who also offers classes. I travel 100 miles and when I leave I can't wait to go back. Stop in a stranger and leave as a friend.

I found this place because I was having problems with the pattern that I was knitting. I didn't know that knitting groups were still around. I love everything that the owner has to offer! She has many classes so after I get through winter I will be going back to knit with the ladies. Thank you so much for helping me.

Stopped by here while in the area, and glad I did. Very cool store for yarn and knitting/crochet supplies. Fun selection of different yarns! Appreciated the knowledge of the staff person. She was helpful, friendly and was able to answer my questions. In addition, she took time to explain upcoming classes. The store is well organized and I enjoyed shopping here. There is also a table so that people can sit and work on their knitting or crochet projects. Will definitely stop and shop here again!

I stopped into Long Tail Knits and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Jeaninne. I told her that I worked with seniors and she offered many ways that we could utilize her business. She even went as far as to gift the community several of her Twiddle Muffs for our Memory Care residents! She was very kind and helpful, and the store itself was very colorful and inviting!
