After struggling with back and body aches, I began searching for a new mattress. Sleep Outfitters caught my eye because of their stellar reviews, and I went in hoping to work with a salesperson named Chris. Instead, I had the pleasure of meeting Paul, and he immediately made me feel at ease. It wasn't the typical awkward sales experience; it felt like I was shopping with a friend.
I explained my back pain, and Paul listened carefully, showing me several mattresses that fit my needs. His recommendations were spot on—I almost fell asleep on the one I chose! The entire experience was one of the best I've had in a long time. Paul’s passion for his job and genuine customer service were incredible.

My mom needed to get a new mattress after a very long time and an unexpected house fire. She had made some calls to other local mattress stores and was met with very high sticker shock. I frequent the Winking Lizard in Macedonia and knew there was a mattress store next door that she could actually lay down and test out mattresses. Paul was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the mattresses in the store. He gave her as much time as she needed to test out the mattresses and we were lucky to have visited on Labor Day weekend to receive special savings. Mom is very much looking forward to her new Sealy mattress being delivered this week!
