“I shipped a couple packages from there & thought they were shipped Fed Ex. I couldn’t find the tracking number & went back to see what happened & was treated very rudely by the gentleman working there. Luckily the owner Scott was on video talking to someone else & heard our conversation & could go back & watch the whole thing & fired the employee for the way I was treated. Scott also showed up at my door to apologize & tell me it was shipped UPS not FedEx which is why I couldn’t find it. What a wonderful thing for an owner to do. I will definitely be going back! “I just want everyone to know who reads reviews that this is one of the best storage places ever, they have reasonable prices then other storage places & they are very nice and understanding as long as you communicate with them, I rented a storage unit from them for almost three years straight & I never had any issues & I barely came to my storage unit, I just kept it paid consistently, I will say there heaven sent individuals, there very nice, friendly people and they are very helpful, very.”

However, we have found that the lighting is inconsistent about coming on and goes off while we're in the middle of whatever we're doing. Also, some of the doors don't function properly. And, when we started last year there was always a flatbed or two available, but now they are all gone.”

“Secured NorthCoast Moving and Storage services from packing and move and storing at their facility, followed by the move out of storage and move into new residence. The entire process grueling as packing and moving can be, however with the help of NorthCoast, it made the whole moving process easier.
The movers were great; very polite, respectful of property, super helpful in moving things around to designated areas (when moving in to new residence) & expedient overall!

“Since then I had to put my RV in place and take it out, normally not a big deal. However the snow was pretty deep since they do not plow the side lots. Fortunately I was able to take my 4 by 4 over and over the snow once again and again and again until I was able to get to a point that I would be able to haul my camper into place.”
“Good storage solutions for a good price, if you don't need it to be climate-controlled. You have 24 hour access with a PIN pad in a gated facility. The staff lady was always helpful and gives payment reminders instead of just charging you late fees. I've used them twice, and I would go back if I need future storage.”
