The Great Escape has expensive products, but they are worth it. It is nice to have the items on display so you can see the quality and try out the furniture. We have purchased all of our deck furniture and umbrellas from the Macedonia store and they look just as beautiful today as they did when we purchased them over a decade ago. To make our lives even easier, the store has our entire purchase history and they were able to sell us additional items of the exact same quality because they knew what we had purchased back in 2013. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service we receive here.

The Great Escape’s Macedonia location has a fantastic selection of outdoor furniture. The furniture is of good quality and very durable. The best part of visiting this store is the customer experience. My wife and I were assisted by both Matt, the store’s manager and by Tony, one of the store’s associates. They both assisted us with our selections by providing their insight and suggestions. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our experiences at this store could not have gone any better. Thank you both.

After spending almost $3000, great escape did not even tell me that the furniture was unable to be built upon delivery, and they would not deliver to our back porch. I’ve had furniture delivery from various other competitors and this has always been something taken care of. The salesman was unclear and they even threatened a restocking fee. How ridiculous. No manager reached out to me as of yet to correct the issue.

Moved to another home without my hot tub I had bought it from Matt. I missed having it so I called Matt and in 15 minutes I had a price and approximate delivery time. Just got it and it's great. I really like nice and easy. Thanks Matt and the delivery team.

We bought a fire pit from Great Escape this June. We had an issue with it causing some carbon black getting on the glass pieces. Matt from the store came out to our house saw the issue and replaced the fire pit. The customer service along this journey was first class. I can highly recommend Great Escape.

I needed 32 gallons of pool shock. I called ahead. They loaded my truck and had already pulled up my account to have me pay and leave in a matter of minutes! Although this experience was great! I would like the options of having items delivered, similar to many of the other stores. Thank You!

My furniture was never delivered. I took a day off of work to be home for this delivery and they never showed up or called to tell me they weren’t coming. I still don’t have my furniture. I will never do business with The Great Escape again. Terrible customer service
