So my hydraulic dump on my lowrider had failed and the frame was literally scraping the ground. My guy had these boards and built like steps to get my 71" Grandville on and off the lift. He took really good care of my car. Even helped me park it in my garage. If I could give them more stars, I would! Definitely 5+ stars.”

“GREAT!!!! Showed up very quickly, by far fastest I have ever seen a tow truck show up to the location. About 15 mins. There was no discussion of the price when I called, a fundamental error, but I was having a hard time getting anyone to come get my car from the side of the road. So takes the car and me to a shop a mile or 2 from where I was. He drops the car in a parking spot and asks if I was quoted a price. I said no. So he says his boss quoted. $xx.xx and I was so happy, cheapest tow I have ever had, 1985 tow was literally alot more. My situation and distance I am sure played a big part and including the drive to my car, and drop at shop probably took them 30 mins(awesome service). BUT many or most take advantage, and They did not in any way. GREAT Service, great price, and without a doubt some great people! ☆☆☆☆☆☆ ☆☆☆☆ 10 stars perfect score!”

“Gabe helped me in a timely manner! My alternator went out on my tundra. It was also after hours for the nearest dealership which I knew however, I didn’t know the dealership was fenced and locked up. When we found out we drove around looking for an open entrance. Luckily a cleanup crew member let us in and we were able to drop it off.Gabe told me if we couldn’t get it in, he would’ve taken my truck to his shop for the night and brought it back to the dealership in the morning.He was very helpful and patient. I will definitely contact Herman’s Towing the next time I am in need!”
“This is an amazing tow yard with quality caring people! They answered my call early Mon which was great so I didn't have to worry because I wanted to see it. They told me what I needed to do for the release and are very organized with the keys etc!! I only have use of one hand after my accident and my ID, money, and hotel key fell out when I fumbled for my phone for the Uber. I was in a panic. They called and told me they found all of it on the driveway. I HIGHLY recommend their services!!”

“i got a flat tire at 10am. Called AAA and got the run around for 11hrs waiting for them to find a company to come tow my car to a garage. I finally had had enough and called a towing company directly. Their driver Jerome was there within 20mins. He was very help and kind after an absolutely horrible day. “I was stuck in the side of 271 with an absolutely shredded tire. I got the car jacked, but I couldn't get the lug nuts off the tire. So, I called several roadside assistance/towing companies, and nobody even picked up the phone. Finally, I called Always Towing and they were great. Someone was there to help me within 15 minutes. He was able to get my spare on, and I was on my way. Very reasonable prices too. Can't recommend enough!”
