I arrived at this location which go to all the time for my business my packages are always as others ready to just be scanned in.I was told by the same representative He was told notyo accept anymore packages this only happens representative is working ge close early by not accepting packages. Poor service every time.

This post office is not customer service friendly. They lack empathy and professionalism. I had a passport appointment scheduled to assist my 16 year old dtr. I arrived early at 8:45 for the 9 am appointment. My 16 year old forgot her license at home. She had her valid passport with her, which expired in 3 months. However we need 6 months available to travel to our destinations. I told the clerk we would go home and quickly return. We returned in 20 min that it took me to drive hime and return. We returned I was told she was now on lunch. We waited until 10:50z. We were told she is on an extended lunch and we should go to the library instead. This is very upsetting because we needed to complete this passport timely for reasons beyond our control. The walking times conflicted with my work schedule it it took such effort to make this one work. Now I’m back to square one and the clerk is probably still at lunch on the governments dime , with no work completed.

Perhaps some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I stopped in after work to send out some certified mail and there was one woman already in line and John the employee at the register so naturally I assumed this woman was already being helped. John then disappeared to go to the back and the woman turns to me and says “there were two of them out here and they both completely ignored me and walked away”. Now I have no idea how long this woman was waiting prior to me walking in but I did in fact see at least one employee at the desk who did not say a word to her and walk away. Then another employee poked their head out, threw a package in a basket, and they too walked away without assisting anyone. So when John came back out the woman asked him if anyone works there. John started SCREAMING at her completely appalled she would ask this, stating they were all in the middle of something and he was getting change and he slammed the register shut and told her to have a nice day (still without actually having helped her).
He then goes “do you want anything from me now?!” She said no that she would wait for someone else and so he helped the next person in line (me). However, even while helping me he’s continuing to yell at this woman and tells her he doesn’t want to hear another word from her. Finally another employee came out and all she wanted was one single book of stamps!!! Since I was being helped still and she was done I told her politely to have a good rest of her day as she walked out. Well this apparently set John off AGAIN and he starts angrily telling me that no one left her and they were in the middle of something and I politely said “I know but at the very least someone could have said we will be with you in just a moment” to which I was told we just don’t understand. So yep apparently I do not understand simple customer service and that it’s completely inappropriate to scream at your customers for no good reason. This man has been rude every single time I have ever gone to this post office and this interaction was mind boggling to witness. Not sure how people like him are employed let alone in a setting having to deal with other people. Unbelievable

If I had only worked with Justin, this review would be 5 stars! That guy is incredibly helpful and super friendly. +1 star for him.
If you have to ship a firearm, ask for him and him only. Everyone else I encountered in the 4 visits I had to make either said USPS doesn’t ship those (they do), told me incorrect info that you need a license to ship a rifle (you don’t), or was generally rude to me for wanting to ship a gun. What a mess! The rest of the staff needs to either learn the laws and regulations or direct people to Justin. I’m sure other staff I didn’t encounter are nice people.
I came back to ship a laptop and the same person who was rude to me earlier proceeded to be rude again. He clearly doesn’t like anyone who ships firearms!
Also, why can’t you call this location specifically? Would’ve saved me plenty of trips back and forth from this place if I could’ve asked questions over the phone.

They yelled at me for bringing in an order at 540 pm when they close at 6pm because they had a line of customers and only one teller, so when it got to my turn the man proceeded to tell at me because "it's a little later to bring these orders in". He stormed off and had his manager tell me to bring it back another day.
One of the worst experiences if ever had rude and don't want to do their jobs..

Can some one please share the actual phone number for this location? They redirect you to the 1800 number to save money or something dumb. And the automated service takes forever, of course.. I have the phone number for the Mantua post office and they pick up every time, at the actual location. So ridiculous they don't share it..
