“Like most dogs my dog is very particular when it comes to people. Beinf 3yrs old and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel he's nervous around someone they doesnt know. Staff provided excellent service was hands on every step of the way. Anyone seeking service i highly recommend.”

“Ok, I can't say enough good about Dr Faulkner and his staff. We weren't patients for very long. Our Baxter who was only 10 mos old had to b put down last night. The clinic was technically closed but Dr Faulkner and the staff stayed to do surgery. As soon as we came in the door they were all over us, loving on Baxter and and reassuring me. Unfortunately sometimes things like this happen and no matter the love or care received isn't enough. This was my Bax. He was only 10 mos old. He absolutely loved everyone at the Gentle Vet. They make you feel so welcomed and provide quality care for your pet. I will be forever grateful to them for the love and excellent care they showed my baby. When the time is right, I'm sure I'll b a mom again and the Gentle Vet is where I'll be coming. They are truly wonderful people. Thanks everyone for all you did.”

“I can't say enough about this animal hospital. The compassion and caring were above what I expected and the fees were reasonable. My pup got sick and Kathy got Lou in immediately.Unfortunately , after a few days we had to put him down. The staff grieved with us. Lou was cremated and he came back in a beautiful box with his name on it, his paw print cast in stone, and his fur in a card with a heart. Dr Williard and her staff helped us to get through this horrible process. Thank you for your kindness and support. You made a bad situation a little easier to deal with.”
“Was recommended by my neighbor who has taken their pets to this vet for decades. I found him to be very knowledgeable! I thought for sure my dog was going to need x rays (which is very expensive) but he was able to diagnose with a thorough exam and some meds and she was back to her old self in a few days. “Hudson Veterinary Hospital has been our medical caregivers for our pets ever since we moved to Hudson 25 years ago - first with Dr. Bob and now with Dr Willard, Dr. Wendy and Dr. Lisa. Everyone, I mean everyone, has been compassionate, caring, and professional with our pets. From the front office to the techs to the doctors, there is no one on staff with whom I don’t trust the care of my animals. They have conversations explaining things in terms we understand, and have held the difficult conversations with compassion yet reality when that time came.”

“They usually take walk ins for vaccinations. I took my dog Sadie there for her bordatella vaccine They took her right away and went on and on about her cuteness lol. Cheaper than other places. Female dog spay is $195 here(I wish I had known about this place before I had my dog spayed). Definitely recommend Pet Guards Clinic”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bartels! We started bringing our chow chow Kirby for grooming there after a terrible and traumatizing experience at her old groomer. Laura is kind, attentive, and so talented. She calls me with updates and makes Kirby feel so comfortable. Now both our dogs will always go here for vetting AND boarding! We boarded them here for the first time this weekend while we were occupied with our wedding. After explaining how nervous I was leaving them due to a previous freak accident that led to our bull terrier Baylor going missing for two weeks, the staff made sure we received text and picture updates multiple times a day to calm my nerves. Josh spent some extra time getting to know Baylor which was beyond sweet. Usually our pups can’t wait to come home after a weekend away from us, but this time I think they wanted to stay and hangout with their new friends! If you are looking for a vet, groomer, or boarding services in northeast Ohio, GO TO BARTELS! ?”

“So I just got my first dog from the pound and I brought him to family pet clinic for his first check up since rescuing him. everything was fine, my dog was comfortable and relaxed at the place and everyone was friendly. the tech and the vet were very courteous and patient with my dog he was well behaved also by the way LOL but after my first check up with the dog and feelings the "vibe" from the doctors and staff I feel it's going to be a great fit for me and my pooch.. “Dr.J. Hs taken care of the girls (cars) and Shelly (Aussie) for years. I’m lucky because Shelly likes going to the vet, the girls not so much(they just want to run around outside). Excellent care. Just be careful depending on where you live. The exit ramp from 480E to 77S is closed right now, so I had to take Brookpark Road, which is a little bumpy at places.”
“(1/26/26) I Wish I could leave a whole separate/new review but Google doesn’t allow that. But I want to reiterate how wonderful our experiences are here. Having a reactive dog can make these visits stressful, but having a staff that is willing to be flexible when approaching your pets care is a true blessing. Highly recommend the Keystone staff to anyone who has a pet that they want treated with the utmost care.

The staff at Woodland vet is patient and caring for our dog, despite her attitude. “I have been a customer of Dr. Evan Morse for a long time. Nearly fifteen years ago, he serviced my previous dogs, Ruckus, by perfectly cropping his ears (see FIRST 2 pics; black and orange Cane Corso). More recently, he also cropped the ears of my latest dog, Koda, approximately two years ago (see LAST 4 pics; gray Cane Corso).
As you can see from the pics of Koda, his ears were in horrible shape when I received him. Koda came from an abused home, and his past owner took him to a different Veterinarian who attempted to crop his ears, but did them incorrectly. My heart cried for his situation, and his ears in that condition made it impossible to look at him without feeling some sort of sadness. Needless to say, the first doctor I thought of to give Koda a proper and much needed makeover was Dr. Morse. There is NO ONE I trust more.
I immediately brought Koda to him, and Dr Morse worked his magic. The staff was so delicate with, and understanding of Koda and his needs. They treated him so kindly while there. When his ears healed, Koda had a brand new pair and they looked GOOD!!!?. I could not have been happier. I am so, so, so, so, so grateful to everyone at the Warrensville Animal Center, and I believe wholeheartedly, if anyone needs a veterinarian to care for your fur baby, to include ear cropping, Dr. Morse can be trusted. He’s an awesome veterinarian, and he IS the ear cropping king! ????”
“Everyone is really great and very kind and patient which I find the most important. We actually go to Aurora location because that’s the best location we have found through Banfield so I hope that reminds people where to go not all of the chains are the ones you expect. And what I mean by that is I found a good Banfields in Aurora, but I was getting upset because of the other place and I won’t mention it because I’m not going to tell anyone down just wasn’t for us so we drive an hour when we take our animals, but they are awesome to our animals and they’re very sweet to us as well. God bless them all.”
