“They have new management fairly recently which really helped the communication and face to face experience. However, I go there to get quality service at a reasonable price. I GET JUST THAT! I think they must pay and treat their auto technicians fairly because they retain them. I could NOT be more pleased with the total experience. They don't try to oversell or push for things not essential. Keep up the good work! And, the REAL small business quality will beat the large auto dealerships hands down. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for an honest assessment of the repairs or service needed.”
“Vehicle had tires and alignment from Northfield. No-nonsense tire presentation, dropped off as prescribed, work was complete ahead of time, truck was clean inside.”
“Called this place on Tuesday after hours and they were able to meet us within an hour, with prices very reasonable AND the best part of all.. when I call the guy on the phone was extremely nice and patient with me. Ive called so many place and everyone picks up almost like they were mad I even called but no this place was awesome! 10/10!”
“I called for a quote to have four new tires (that I already owned) mounted. The price was extremely reasonable. I drove straight there, and less than two minutes after arriving they were already starting to work on my car. I was in and out in less than an hour. There appeared to only be one person working on a Saturday afternoon, so I’d probably call first before just showing up. Excellent service - would recommend them to anyone.”

“Excellent and professional service along with competitive pricing. This is my 5th set of tires from them over the past 6 years (4 different vehicles). During my most recent visit, there was a delay in arrival of my tires (from a different store) but I was already there for my scheduled appointment, the Manager (Derek) not only apologized to me twice but also gave me a appreciable discount as an apologetic gesture. I will be back in November for another set for a different vehicle.”
