“Outstanding service from Dickey's! I first ordered 4 large mirrors for my home gym. They were punctual and did an excellent installation job. I then had them measure my glass for my new shower. They installed it this week and the installation was perfect! I used Jack's Glass on my previous shower glass and there is no comparison. Dickey's job is 10x better. Janet was excellent on the follow-up and scheduling. The crew that was here were friendly and very professional. I’m very pick and I'm very pleased!”

“I had a great experience from beginning to end. Before choosing them for my insurance claim repair, I stopped by to meet them and ask questions about the damage and a few other things. They were super helpful and kind. Pam was especially fantastic through the whole process getting everything set up and dealing with issues from the insurance company and having to make changes. Service was fast - parts came quick and repairs were done fast! This was completely an opposite experience from a repair I had done a couple years ago at a different body shop. I'm thankful for that!”
“Adam did a wonderful job explaining what they were going to do, what they would have to take apart, and a rough estimate of completion. It came back perfectly painted and blended, even though it was only a scratch, I will attach a before & after picture as I am very satisfied with the car’s work. However, I don’t enjoy giving a not-so-nice review, but I am knocking one star off due to the front desk lady’s demeanor being kind of off-putting. The lady I talked to on the phone was very kind, but once I went to drop my car off, the lady working the evening shift was not very personable or friendly. Can’t expect perfection, but I do expect some sort of customer service and it did fall short of my expectations. Handled billing the insurance company and I didn’t have to do a thing, very thankful for that! Thank you to Adam and his team for excellent repairs.”
“Extremely happy with the service I received! A rock hit my windshield on a Tuesday, and that afternoon I had an appointment set up for a technician to come to my place of work on Friday to attempt a repair. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained that the repair could fail because of the structure of the crack, but he would try everything he could. Unfortunately, the repair resulted in a larger crack, and a replacement was needed. He quickly got me set up for the following Tuesday to get a replacement. I dropped my car off a little before 8am and by 9:10am I had received a call that it was finished. The technician, Aaron, did an excellent job! The drop off and pick up process was super easy, and the front desk staff was very friendly. Would recommend!”
