This location is very clean, more organized, and much brighter. They have more self checkout registers-and they are located very efficiently and effectively-not too crowded. This location also has the sushi/asian section. The sushi was good for grocery store level.Jungle Jim's sushi at Eastgate is the best so far!

This Kroger is ahead of it’s time. You can choose to use a cart that scans your purchases as you go-so you can avoid the checkout altogether. The store is super clean and the staff is very friendly. If you choose to shop without a smartcart there are plenty of self checkout aisles as well as traditional checkouts. It’s located in a really nice neighborhood with a few small shops and eateries nearby.

Stopped in here for a few items. I'm in vacation in the area. This Kroger is definitely a neighborhood Kroger. It's pretty small. Their produce area is still quite large. The layout is not like a typical newer Kroger but with the small size, it was easy to find everything. Staff at self checkout was friendly.

This place is on the down hill slope. A lot of the cashiers are insensitive and rude. I have noticed this tends to be the men I have never had a bad experience with any of the women. Not trying to be biased but that’s my observation. I forgot my bank card and needed it brought to me so I stepped out of line and the cashier told the next person in line I was having money problems in a condescending tone. I didn’t take offense bc I don’t have “money problems” but imagine if someone was struggling to pay FOR GROCERIES and he makes that comment. Inappropriate rude and insensitiveOn the other hand I have had good experiences here and it’s usually clean. The guys at the seafood section are always nice as well as the women cashiers

Went to this location tonight specifically to buy some good mustard, sausages or brats, some good buns, a side, like potato salad, and whatever else sounded good. Look at the picture I uploaded. Their mustard selection is absolutely pathetic. There's basically 3 shelves (minus the two filled with the bright yellow stuff) with those 3' wide and not fully stocked. I was amazed. I said something to another customer in that aisle and he agreed. Said he lived in the area, but avoids this Kroger unless it's impossible not to. I guess I was expecting a store right next to Indian Hill to have more selection and higher-end items. Nope. Madeira and Indian Hill people, the Clifton Kroger, and believe it or not, the Mt. Washington Kroger has more selection. Being a quick dinner for one, I went back to the deli-ish area where they had pre-made sandwiches and wraps, etc. I see a chicken salad croissant with no price tag. I pick it up, flip it around, nothing. Look all around the cooler bin it was in, there were a few (3?) bar code stickers that had no writing, and no prices. I went to the next cooler bin looking for any prices on anything, nope. I might have hit another one, but no prices on anything. Maybe they were $5? Maybe they were $30? I'm not going to buy anything that doesn't have a price, sorry, just a rule of mine. Am I wrong? So I ended up with a frozen dinner that apparently takes 90 minutes to heat up. Guess dinner is at 10pm tonight. I would have spent way more money on all the items going into a simple bratwurst meal, but I spent $9.49 on a frozen dinner. 2 stars because these are 1st world problems and I feel like I'm whining. Check out the pic tho!

This is a pretty good Kroger location. The store is well-lit and was very clean throughout. The employees throughout were quick to ask if they could help me. They have one of the largest bulk food sections I've seen in a Kroger. The store parking lot is pretty steep in some parts, so consider that when you park. I can see some customers having difficulty getting a cartload of groceries up some parts.

If you're not a fan of a big, crowded grocery store this is your spot. It is clean and the staff is great. For me they had enough of a selection, but it is on the smaller side.
