“Ive been in Cincinnati for 2 months now and have visited most of the Krogers in the area. The one that has the best customer service and fresh food by far is the on on Miami Ave in Madeira!! One of the produce workers in particular name Jeremy not sure it his name starts with G or J had wonderful attitude and was most attentive not only to my husband and I but also to the other customers around us. We spoke to one fo the managers Dede and made her aware of Jeremy's job performance today. Very nice to know you can go grocery shopping on a Sunday afternoon and have pleasant customer service and amazing fresh food at great prices.”

“This western union location is within Walmart Customer Service. So you stay in the Customer Service line as you want to return an item to walmart. The service is easy, you need the name of who you are sending your money, their ID number, the country with the state or the city. Also, bring your ID and phone number. Then you will receive a tracking number that you will give to your receiving person. This time the service was nice and fast as the walmart customer service staff was a helpful person.”
“I'm a nanny and was picking up a script at a competitor across the street. They didn't have any flavoring for the meds so I came here and they helped me and were so friendly even though they were super busy! Also, the store had everything else on my list for the kiddo that the other place didn't. I should have just come to Walgreens first! Thanks!!!”

“Pharmacy and photo have always been spot on for us. I frequently order photo albums and on occasion have put things in and some tech error has occurred. They are always quick to fix and trade out the item that was wrong. Just at the pharmacy yesterday and was a few early for our appointment. No problem! Great service and we were in and out ASAP.”

If you need specialty items, Newport is a super Kroger so check that out. They're always trying to make it better for the community, like the new addition of more self check outs!”
