Can the young girl with long dark hair please stop incessantly calling us, “hon”? And can she please give us time to put our Walgreens number into the machine? She does it so fast and then says “oops, Sorry too late. It’s not much anyway.” It’s annoying.

Terrible customer service. I walked in with my three kids to get passport photos. Waited 10minutes for one of the several store clerks to come to the photo desk. Then they tell me they can’t do it because they are short staffed… while two are just standing there. I say I can wait 20mins and they say they aren’t sure if they can help and for me to go elsewhere. Terrible service

It’s a frustrating that none of the ADA parking spaces are set up for a side ramp wheel chair van. They only provide the smaller 4’ wide striping which isn’t sufficient.

Made vaccine appt on-line. Received 5 reminders of appt from Walgreens. Went to appt and no one was aware of appt and all the patient info I filled out on line was ignored. Why bother to have on line registrations for appt?

Dina is the worst pharmacist. Zero customer service. Was able to get a simple issue resolved by calling 1-800-Walgreens. Dina could have very easily resolved the issue with an ounce of common sense and respect for the customer. Last time going to Walgreens in Madeira. Too many other better options...No need to deal with Dina.

My phone would not connect to the photo kiosk, I asked for help and was completely ignored. There are plenty of other places I can go to print pictures

Recently switched to the Walgreens Madiera pharmacy and have been really impressed with the friendly staff and service. Quick to respond, actually do what they say they will do. Helpful.

First - I have to say Walgreens has the best Adv. the store has such a great variety of items. - back to school, food, toiletries, pharmacy, etc. Second - they have a great selection of gifts at the holidays. I have gotten great gadgets for our kids, nieces, friends, etc. Third - their staff is OUTSTANDING!! They are so helpful. Everyone in the store is happy to help you find anything. Plus, if you want to check out in make-up instead of the front - do it!! They encourage it and there is usually not a line.

Unhelpful and rude this morning. Online they asked to put a card online to ensure an order, preference being cash-my wife went in and paid in cash for photos, yet we ended up with a charge on the card. Was told “that was impossible “ instead of getting any kind of help. Bad service
