Went to this location tonight specifically to buy some good mustard, sausages or brats, some good buns, a side, like potato salad, and whatever else sounded good. Look at the picture I uploaded. Their mustard selection is absolutely pathetic. There's basically 3 shelves (minus the two filled with the bright yellow stuff) with those 3' wide and not fully stocked. I was amazed. I said something to another customer in that aisle and he agreed. Said he lived in the area, but avoids this Kroger unless it's impossible not to. I guess I was expecting a store right next to Indian Hill to have more selection and higher-end items. Nope. Madeira and Indian Hill people, the Clifton Kroger, and believe it or not, the Mt. Washington Kroger has more selection. Being a quick dinner for one, I went back to the deli-ish area where they had pre-made sandwiches and wraps, etc. I see a chicken salad croissant with no price tag. I pick it up, flip it around, nothing. Look all around the cooler bin it was in, there were a few (3?) bar code stickers that had no writing, and no prices. I went to the next cooler bin looking for any prices on anything, nope. I might have hit another one, but no prices on anything. Maybe they were $5? Maybe they were $30? I'm not going to buy anything that doesn't have a price, sorry, just a rule of mine. Am I wrong? So I ended up with a frozen dinner that apparently takes 90 minutes to heat up. Guess dinner is at 10pm tonight. I would have spent way more money on all the items going into a simple bratwurst meal, but I spent $9.49 on a frozen dinner. 2 stars because these are 1st world problems and I feel like I'm whining. Check out the pic tho!

This is specifically towards the deli department. The rest of the store and employees are great. The deli department, slow, no enthusiasm in working. They take their sweet time every time, even when they see a lot of people forming around the deli counter. No sense of urgency. No respect for anyones time. Constant conversation with their co workers but rarely chat with you while they are finally attending you. Maybe you can have a class on how to interact with customers.

This company gets worse every day. I live in the city where they are headquartered and the fact that do not have local products on a regular basis is absurd. They are out of many things on a regular basis. I have wasted over $83 in gas this past year because I needed to make multiple trips for items they did not have or had to drive to another location where they did not have it. The app always says it is in stock but it is never correct. The only reason I continued to shop there for as long as I did was for the fuel points. Now that I have done the math, I understand that reason no longer is valid. Kroger has lost me as a customer and will now go to Meijer, Walmart or somewhere else instead.

Pharmacy is the best! Smaller size makes for faster in/out with everything I ever need!

The meat department personnel is rude and unhelpful. I was buying filet mignon and the clerk acted like she was doing me a favor and getting on her last nerve in the process. This is the attitude I've gotten every time I've ordered there and I'm done. Other clerks were helpful but not particularly pleasant. Not sure what the draw is for this store- parking lot always full like they're giving food away. I guess I'm spoiled by the pleasant helpful people at Trader Joe's and Remke. I'm frustrated every time I leave this Kroger. Avoid if possible!

So Curt and rude on the phone. Hey male pharm tech, get some manners. I don't care if you're busy, this was important just like all of the other phone calls.

In stocks on Sundays are miserable. Most of the staff who is pulling clicklist or delivery orders take up the aisle space. The inventory stockers are rude and when you ask to get around them, they often eye roll or grunt. I make an effort to not go to this Location, Ill drive extra miles to Montgomery or Harpers Point, but with TJs and WF now open, maybe I can avoid Kroger more often.

Ive been in Cincinnati for 2 months now and have visited most of the Krogers in the area. The one that has the best customer service and fresh food by far is the on on Miami Ave in Madeira!! One of the produce workers in particular name Jeremy not sure it his name starts with G or J had wonderful attitude and was most attentive not only to my husband and I but also to the other customers around us. We spoke to one fo the managers Dede and made her aware of Jeremy's job performance today. Very nice to know you can go grocery shopping on a Sunday afternoon and have pleasant customer service and amazing fresh food at great prices.
