This is a very nice and cute store. I've stopped in here a few times to grab gift cards for my wife and daughter, they both enjoy this place. It seems reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly. I'll keep coming in for gift cards!

I have always had wonderful experiences until now. Imagine my surprise when I went to pay for my items with a Cato gift card and it had expired about a week before. Why do these expire? I don’t live close and have to plan trips to conserve time and gas. There is absolutely no way I’m going to run right out to use this!Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I earned that gift card by spending money in your store and it should not expire. This experience will make me think twice about shopping there again.

I was very disappointed with Middleburg Hts location. I drove an hour to pick up my online order. I take water pills and had to use the restroom really bad. They refused to allow me to. I also shop at the one in Madison. I've come to Cato for many years. I don't even get a greeting when I come in half of the time. The way you make a customer feel also determines the amount of money they will spend with you. I also like to recommend store's to others.

The store is beautifully arranged and clean. The staff is amazing!! Very friendly and helpful. I typically buy one or two items from clearance, so I'm not the big spender there - but I am never treated as though I'm any less.
