We got two rolls of quarters that was supposed to amount to $20 but one roll was missing 2 quarters and had a dime in it, and the other roll was missing one quarter.

Visited this branch to close an account. The teller insisted that I needed the actual bank card to close the account, although I had numerous forms of ID. I did not have the card with me, I hadn't even activated/used it. I had NEVER needed to present a now useless card to close any accounts in the past. Most inconvenient as I did not live nearby and it is closest branch. I called Chase customer service line and they were close the account over the phone. NO MENTION OF THE CARD! Total waste of my time.

I was at the Madison branch, and had a tricky deposit. I was still at the bank at 5:40, which is well after closing time, and the staff was kind and patient. Karen stayed and was an awesome help. Thank you for being great people!

I bank at The Madison Branch. Whether going through the drive thru or inside the lobby, the workers are always so friendly and helpful. I do a lot of my banking online, but when I do have to go inside the lobby, I am always greeted with a smile. They acknowledge you and will let you know if they're busy that they will be right with you.If you're looking for a bank to open an account with, or to transfer your accounts to another bank, I highly recommend Chase. I've been with them for almost 2 years and have never had an issue with any of my accounts. When you go in to open your account, they will work with you to find the right type of personal, checking, business checking or recommend the savings account that will suit you and your needs the best. Their online banking app is so easy to use. When I decided to open a savings account, I didn't have to go to the bank to do it, I could just do it right from my app. To me, that simple and easy banking.I highly recommend Chase bank! Best bank I've ever done business with.
