Johnathan in the service department treated us right!
A very difficult task needed to be done on our SUV and the team in the service department got our SUV back up and running.
Obviously these folks can fix anything!

Pleasant, knowledgeable staff.
Thankful they didn't talk to me or my mom like we didn't know what we were talking about just because we are women. Fixed our car in a reasonable time, and had a loaner for us to use. Thank you for your service.

I highly recommend buying from Classic Chevy dealership in Madison Oh I would never go anywhere else, Felix sold me my vehicle. He was so helpful and professional jessalynn the financial manager. Not the most straight up service department I’ve ever dealt with. Took my truck there for a simple transmission program witch takes a few minutes. They had it from Friday night till Tuesday night. Sence they never reached out to me I called Tuesday afternoon at 3:45 and was told my truck would be coming in to be programmed soon. Hour and 45 minutes later I received the video text from the technician it was done. When I inquired how did my bill go from the standard $149.00 program fee to $359.00 the service manager flat out lied to my face claiming the technician had worked on my truck nearly 4 hrs.

Service department is the best in the area. Jonathan the service manager has always taken care of our cars. The service advisors are great as well. They call and keep you updated with any issues found with the car and explain repairs in detail. Thank you so much for the hard work! Would recommend to anyone to have their vehicles serviced here!

PSA do NOT but the 2020 Buick Encore GX it’s overpriced junk! And do NOT but from Classic Chevy Madison because no matter how often your vehicle is in their service department they miraculously can never figure out the problem to fix it! Even with the code! Last time they had my car three weeks and guess what…I’ve only had it back three weeks since then and it just coded again! I bought brand new and owes way too much to even trade it off!!! Check engine light codes cam shaft positioning sensor every time! I have loud random pops in the speakers. My entire instrument panel went out for a day right after I got it. Sounds to me like an insane wiring problem but they say they can’t justify just tearing apart wires. So I’m supposed to take the bite on a thirty thousand dollar car because they are inept?

I stopped by recently from out of town to have a repair on my car. Everyone was wonderful to deal with. They took my car in instantly without any appointment and had me back on the road within an hour. The waiting area was stocked with free coffee too. Highly recommended!
