Franks Is a sham. Will never be returning. Changing my insurance so that I don't have to deal with the scams and lies anymore. From messing up my girls jeep and puttin parts on that don't fit, jeep now leeks. They tried avoiding work and buying me out so that they could take the easy way out and save time and money. Now to top it all off they just lost my sister's keys for her house, car, boat, dockbox and other keys. Nope not their fault. Played blame game and made any excuse possible. Kind of like joe biden on last night's debate. Pathetic. I will not ever take another vehicle there in any circumstance. Might possibly change insurance just so that I never have to deal with these uneducated people. Rather have a tech work on my vehicle. What a joke.

Hit a deer and Frank's was recommended to me. Took it in, they said it might take a couple weeks depending on parts (which it did). They went over everything that was done and the truck looks great

Useless. I came here with an insurance claim, my truck needs a rear bumper and tailgate. They told me they couldn't find them, & wouldn't even bother to check online! I found the parts BRAND NEW IN 20 SECONDS

These people are the most disrespectful I’ve ever meant and they lied so badly and poorly my mother is 50 something years old these people try to rip her off tell her her car needed to be scrapped and have a salvage title because she had a broken headlight and hit a deer almost a $20,000 car I highly recommend nobody go to this Car shop thank you

I have not used Frank's Auto Body but I recently met and sold a vehicle to the owner Frank through a collector car auction. His character is unmatched.
