Want to give a shout out to the Giant Eagle pharmacist and the pharmacy staff. I just got diagnosed with Covid, so the Dr. called in a prescription for Paxlovid to CBS in Madison. Of course, they didn’t have any in stock. It was 4P.M. On a Sunday and Giant Eagle pharmacy closed at 5:00. I called them, they were very nice, called Walgreens and got the script from them and filled it. I picked it up at 4:30. Wanted to get this started ASAP and Giant Eagle pharmacy made it happen! The person on the phone was very friendly as was the pharmacist. Needless to say, I’m switching pharmacies! Thank You Giant Eagle!

We have always found the entire staff at the Madison giant eagle pharmacy and the entire store to be extremely helpful, friendly and considerate. Thank you all..

All the employess in the pharmacy are great. They are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Except for a female pharmacist that works there. I've never met her or seen her but I've talked to her a few times on the phone. I honestly don't know what her issue is but she's just not very nice, she's condescending and is always short and dismissing with you. Now when I call if she answers the phone I hang up and try my luck again. Not professional at all

I had decided that I was going to change my prescriptions after having CVS for years due to them being so much more expensive than others, and was planning on this location because it’s closer for me. But, I went in to get two written prescriptions filled and ended up just taking them back. The pharmacist, Jennifer Lipster has an attitude problem and was down right nasty. I’ve never seen a pharmacist have such attitude and act so unprofessional. She shouldn’t be dealing with the public or she needs to take a customer relations course. But, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Medication errors. Read everything when you refill your prescriptions. One of the pharmacists is extremely anti social and has very poor public relations skills.

Took our young daughter to urgent care and had prescription sent to the pharmacy due to posted business hours . . arrived at the pharmacy to find it was dark and closed. Not the first time this has happened.

Rude staff many times I've had to contact them. They've behaved as though I am interrupting them and am an annoyance to them. The only reason we're using this pharmacy is because Walgreens has terrible hours.

I went to this store within 1 hour of opening time on the first day of a sale. They had advertised a pretty good sale on ground beef, and I wanted to buy some. There was none in the case so I located a store manager to ask if there was any available. He refused to check, and insisted that none had come on the truck that morning. He was lying...I have a family member who had worked as a Giant Eagle meat cutter for 25 years, and I know that their ground beef does not arrive on 'the truck. Grinds are produced in store daily. When he realized that I was on to his B.S., he became very flustered and walked away, He also makes a fool of himself by flirting with young cashiers when he him self looks to be about 80 years old

Charge top dollar for items here. It's a clean store and they have a good bakery bread here. Always seem to have only 2 registers open when they are really busy. They have other employees in the store that I'm sure can help on a register. Always backed up and I feel bad for the employees trying to get through the lines as fast as they can. Try to avoid when I can because I know I will be in line for 20 min for a few items that I need. Hope it gets better.
