We used to spend hundreds of dollars here every weekend. They had a great movie collection. But, the other stores (ashtabula, Erie, etc) decided not to send DVDs anymore. And a worker told me they had a whole palette in the back of dvds, but had to send it somewhere else. Pretty lame. Now we go every couple of months instead if every weekend and maybe spend $5 on a good day, but usually they don't have anything anymore. Also, most goodwill stopped putting price stickers on the books because it damages them. But, Madison still puts stickers on them and we have told employees a few times that it ruins the books. I guess they just don't care. Just put a sign up of the prices like most goodwills.

Ridiculous over priced USED stuff!
$7.99 for a used t shirt
$15.99 for a used 3pc bed sheet set.
$6.99 for a used book.
$8 for ONE normal drinking glass.
I can go on and on with overpricing!
YOU are a THRIFT second hand store!
People come to shop for things they can afford! The T-shirt I looked at sold NEW for $5 bucks at 5 below!
I bought a reusable bag (because you don’t provide bags) for the two things I purchased and the cashier didn’t even bag my items!!!! Just put my items on top of the folded bag! RUDE!!!! What the heck was the point of buying the bag?
People donate to you so others can afford to shop and you are price gouging!

Overpriced garbage. $8 for a t-shirt that reeks of vomit and body odor?? $13 for a jacket covered in dirt and stains?? It’s honestly cheaper to go to Walmart AND it will be new. PLEASE donate to local churches and shelters. Used to love this place before they got greedy.

The workers are kind!! But the prices are terrible. You’d be better off getting brand new clothes from Tjmaxx. And everything else you could find cheaper at other thrift stores and or garage sales. You guys get this stuff for free! Get a grip!

The absolute worst spending experience ever in my life.Staff was extremely rude and refused to allow me to pay for an item even though I only walked in. Grabbed my item and walked to the front. It was a little apparent that the clerk had a benign problem with me. Wanting to shop there so without any words. The transaction could not go probe. Because this person's attitude was extremely hostile and again. Refused to take my money for the object and I wanted to buy

The prices are absolutely ridiculous! 8.99 for a pair of pajama pants with pee stains on it. I can not believe the overpricing of donated clothing.

Nice store, but way too expensive. I used to shop here regularly, but it has recently gotten so pricey it's less expensive to shop new.
