The workers are kind!! But the prices are terrible. You’d be better off getting brand new clothes from Tjmaxx. And everything else you could find cheaper at other thrift stores and or garage sales. You guys get this stuff for free! Get a grip!

The absolute worst spending experience ever in my life.Staff was extremely rude and refused to allow me to pay for an item even though I only walked in. Grabbed my item and walked to the front. It was a little apparent that the clerk had a benign problem with me. Wanting to shop there so without any words. The transaction could not go probe. Because this person's attitude was extremely hostile and again. Refused to take my money for the object and I wanted to buy

The prices are absolutely ridiculous! 8.99 for a pair of pajama pants with pee stains on it. I can not believe the overpricing of donated clothing.

Nice clean and organized store. A little higher prices on all items - higher than other lake county goodwill stores.

Nice store, but way too expensive. I used to shop here regularly, but it has recently gotten so pricey it's less expensive to shop new.

This place of business has way too high of prices, they no longer provide bags or boxes for anything you purchase, the management is never available and the “standing manager” is a very rude women who prices items far too high. Workers have told me that said standing manager is horrible to work under and will make no exceptions on pricing even if the item is damaged or part of a set. Prior to the change in management it was a pleasant store to go to.

This is one of the better goodwill locations. It is well organized and clean. Friendly staff. However, I did take away one star because you are not able to access fitting rooms here. They have them closed down. I noticed other people taking merchandise in the bathroom to try on so whatever they are trying to avoid by keeping the fitting rooms closed is actually creating a worse issue, in my opinion. So, not only can you not try on clothing before buying it, you only have 3 days to return anything that you may take a chance on and might not fit!! 3 days? Really? If you are not going to provide a way for people to try something on, at least give them a week for returns!!! I was very tempted to put my items back because of this fact. The only thing that made me decide not to is that I will be back by the store the following day so it works for me but it made me realize so many people just wouldn’t buy the item if they thought they were not going to be able yo wear it or return it within that 3 days period of time. If goodwill is really meant to give back to the community, why not give people more of a chance to return items and get their money or at least let them try it on before buying!! And why would you want to create any kind of situation. Where you could potentially lose money in such a significant way? I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels discouraged from shopping here or purchasing anything I can’t try on.

Twice I've been missed charged. The cashier has not given the mark down tag discount. My wife noticed it the first time, and I just returned all my items for the full cost. As I approached the same cashier, he taped the bell for another cashier so he could leave.I believe they have a scam going in this store. The cashier is pocketing the marked down and keeping it if not caught. Both times, I was told that they tell the manger who wasn't in the store! I'm a bit upset ?

Most inconsistent hours of any business I've ever known. Change hours almost weekly.

Why do they close so early?!?! And their Google hours are not accurate at all either. Frustrating when you drive a few cities away to try to shop there.

Workers are so rude at this store. They literally go through your donations. They are not helpful and the store is disgusting!

This is one of the best goodwills they actually help people. Not like the others. They will give to people who need it I have seen it. Most of the others throw stuff out so no-one can have it an break all the ceramic items ask the workers they will tell you. The one DOES NOT do that.

I like this place, but the hours aren't accurate. They open and close whenever they want. Went today and there was a print out with new hours. I've gone there three different times and its been closed each time. With "new hours" different from the last. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE. what a waste of time.
