Found a medical needle in our room, thankfully my two year old didn’t find it. They haven’t reached out or done anything to try to rectify the situation.

Great lodging. Our room was entirely clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Breakfast was as good as it for breakfast. Best of all, they had a free level two charger, which saved us a whole charging stop on our long distance ev trip.

Lady at the front desk was friendly I was on The road trucking for five straight days I need a hot shower badly and to do some laundry.
I got there earlier than I thought I would and called the lady at the front desk. They let me check in 3 hours early, which was awesome.
Room is clean bed is comfortable couch was comfortable the shower was a walk-in which was very nice. I will definitely remember this place when I come through again.

Conveniently located and very clean and updated. Probably the best Hampton we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend !!!

Very good and very bad experience! Very nice staff and what appeared to be a very clean and well kept hotel. However a giant hair ball fell out of the bath towel when I was attempting to dry off after a shower. My wife and I about threw up!!! Our room reaked of mildew/mold. They did offer to put us in a different room. We chose not to go through that process. They changed out the air filter and wiped off the condensation that had built up on the AC unit. Final morning, I attempted to take a hot shower. Apparently the hot water was out for the entire hotel which I found out when I mentioned it to the front desk. After the hair-ball and mildew experience, I was told I would receive 10,000 reward points as compensation. I was disappointed that was all that was offered although the lady at the front desk was very nice. As of today I have not received the additional 10,000 points. I thought there might be more compensation for my inability to take a hot shower the final morning. No compensation has been given for any of the above problems yet. It appears they try to provide a good experience for their customers. They just failed in regards for us.

Had to leave because of the loud music from the party bikers between Holiday inn Hampton inn Madison Ohio. I asked to be moved to the other side of motel but they said they were sold out. I spoke with the person that reserved the space and even that side of the motel and the manager new they were going to be three. The manager new they were going to have the event. I reserved 2 night stay and I had and couldn't stay the second night. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Great, clean hotel with friendly staff who take care of you. The location is good. It's not far from the interstate, but still relatively quiet. There is a clean gym and a small swimming pool. The breakfast was good and sufficient.

Great location for Kuhnle Motorsports Park, only complaint is, our room was not cleaned or towels restocked for 4 days.

Met by Jessica who took care of request for mobile chair. Took care of us with friendly, professional service that we will not forget. This care extended through our stay by all staff. Rachel took care of us as we prepared to leave making sure we had the time to get all our things and was also very friendly and professional. Excellent staff made for a memorable stay. Thank you!
Rooms: Comfortable, clean and modern.

Overnight fit a local wedding. The staff was great, and breakfast was very good. From was clean... everything I've come to expect from Hampton Inn.

Our group/block had an amazing experience here! The level of service was top-notch throughout the weekend. The whole team was so accommodating to our wedding block and provided excellent shuttle service to our wedding. Exceeded our expectations and provided exceptional service for a Hampton Inn. If you are looking for a block in the Geneva area, give them a call.

Conveniently located off I-90, the Hampton Inn Madison boasts a modern and very clean appearance, along with an extremely friendly and welcoming staff. It ranks among the best hotel experiences I’ve had in quite some time. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely time at this hotel! It was very clean and well kept. The staff were welcoming and friendly! The hotel was located central to a couple of activities we were doing in the area. The shampoo and conditioner provided were great! I normally have a hard time with hotel pillows being too firm and too large in general. The pillows here were perfect for me and I had a great night’s sleep!
Rooms: The room was very clean and looked nice! There was plenty of shampoo and conditioner (not in the tiny hard to squeeze bottles).

It was comfortable enough, but the comfortable had a blood stain on it which was pretty gross.
