This place has been my go to for many years now when visiting the Lake County area. Beautiful rooms, amenities such as a pool and fitness room, and yes, it is pet friendly! Generous check out times, and hot breakfast!

Came in from out of town for a local event and decided to stay here. Great decision! The woman at the desk was very friendly. The lobby and room were very clean. The bar in the lobby is a great touch! Was not expecting that there would be one when booking. We were able to have a drink at the bar before going to our event instead of going out.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Everything was spotless. There was a great lobby area, bar, and new Bistro. The rooms were clean and really cute! They also got us a room day of when we called as we were traveling all day. Everyone was friendly! We left before breakfast, but I'm sure it was good! They are also dog friendly which is a huge plus! Would visit again!

Very nice hotel for the price! King room with a sofa, bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel staff were very nice. The only thing I didn't care for was the 50$ pet charge! Other than that I was very happy.

Super nice, clean hotel. Right off highway great for wineries. I have stayed at hotel right next to it. Both nice… Hampton is nicer though! King suite was large and had all necessary amenities. It is a little pricey though but with the breakfast and the quality it was worth it. Check out at noon was nice! Hotel was built within decade and looks brand new.

Nice location for a hotel. Love the wine shuttle packages they offer for the area as well. Room was clean, basic amenities provided, and very tasty breakfast included in the morning. The pool was small but nice to jump into for a bit and we were the only people in it the whole time. Hotel was quiet even for it being a pretty booked evening. I was a little underwhelmed with the knowledge of the hotel staff. The woman who checked us in was incredibly kind and accommodating, this is not about her. In the evening we had wanted to drink a bottle of wine in the room and forgot to bring a wine key. My husband used to work for Hilton brand hotels and told me they had disposable ones at the front desk. Associate looked at us like a deer in headlights when we asked but she eventually got us one. “Bartender” at the lobby bar shot down every drink my husband tried to order without making suggestions. She was looking up 2 ingredient drinks on her phone and trying to tell us they were more complex than they actually were. If they didn’t have the proper ingredients, that’s fine, just wish she didn’t have a passive attitude and gave other alternative options. My suggestion would be to come prepared with a wine key and also don’t drink at the hotel bar. I would give this hotel another try sometime if I’m in the area though. It’s a newer build I presume as all the common areas and rooms were very modern looking. Price was right for the area and what was provided.

Went on a wine weekend and chose this place as it’s close to all of the wineries. We were unaware of the shuttle option the hotel offered and unfortunately it was full by the time we realized. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. We especially enjoyed closing out the night at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and conversational and when she had to tell us that unfortunately she didn’t have certain things, she came up with some yummy alternatives. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!Food & drinks: Although the staff at the bar was great, a larger liquor selection would have been nice.

Hotel seems new and is really clean and well cared for. All employees encountered were super friendly. All was good until my first shower. If you have OCD don't stay here. See the image. I thought maybe they just messed up in one bathroom, but person at the counter informed me that all of them are like this by design. Ruined my morning.Noteworthy details: Bathroom design is terrible

I can’t say much about the rooms & the location is great, but I want to give a very special thank you to Sarah who was working the desk 10/4/23. I wandered in needing a place to stay for a couple hours before I hit the road again and even though they were sold out, Sarah went above and beyond to help me find other accommodations. She let me sit for about 15 min to find somewhere else, as the hotel next door was sold out as well. She was incredibly patient and kind and I know a guy in need of a room at 4:30am can be annoying or just a flat out no-go for the night auditor. She never gave that vibe at all and needs to be recognized for her professionalism and for just being a good human being (thank you for the bottle of water!)To management: Sarah is a great asset to your team, she didn’t stop working the entire time I visited and I hope you give this young lady some recognition.

The hotel wouldn't refund me my money due to the wrong dates being booked online. Although the Hilton folks on the customer service line also did not understand why they wouldn't just assist me, fixing the date, using my money towards my new date, correct date, that is. ( I did check twice when I went to book, and if my dates were correct ) I didn't even really want a refund, honestly. I just wanted the money to go to a new date. The actual hotel wouldn't allow it, said I already checked in, and out. Wrong... I actually was a no call no-show. They charge their customers WHEN THEY CHECK IN. How do I know this? Because my friend got the same hotel unfortunately, and I stayed with her. We only got this hotel due to it being close to an event we were attending. The following morning, my friend asked the front desk if we could extend. With the most attitude and ZERO help, the girl said "no we're all booked up." I have been with Hilton for many, many years. I will NEVER go back here and will dispute my charges. Tell your staff to work in another field. Or, don't. They should stay home. ?

A new property that is absolutely amazing in all ways. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is beyond friendly and that on site bar is excellent.After 2,000 miles in a uhaul truck, this facility is exactly what was needed.

I booked (and paid for) a room in July 2023 for an event in October 2023. Less than a week before the event, I received an email stating they would not honor my reservation because the hotel was oversold due to a "computer glitch." The idiot on the phone also let slip that "they have been having this problem for a while." However, they waited 6 days prior to my booking to tell me. They offered me another room at a property 20 miles away with ZERO compensation and ZERO discount. I declined. Do NOT trust this place.

One of the rare Hampton Inn’s with a bar inside. Stayed a few times, always clean and nice staff. Only complaint is the noise from the highway nearby if you’re on that side of the building.
